Evergreen drummed a set of fingers against the hard table in the middle of the train cabin, her eyes looked searchingly out the window watching dry canyons and empty river beds passed by. The quiet chatter of some of her companions passed through her ears like white noise. The fairy mage's eyes pried themselves away from the passing scenery as she looked at her cabin mates Wendy, Mirajane and Natsu, her fingers pressed against her stomach clenching as she lingered over Wendy sitting to her left. Do I tell her Evergreen thought glancing at Mirajane before looking once more at her stomach, goddammit I don't even know if I want this. With Elfman being taken. My father reappearing into the picture. Does Elfman even want this!!, and Elfman... Evergreen thought rubbing her eyes behind her glasses quickly ridding her self of the tears prickling her eyes. God I hope he is alright, and I hope he has already realized that we are coming. But I need to make sure... she continued to think as she looked back at Wendy.

"Natsu I'm sorry but I can't use my motion sickness spell, you have used it too many times" Wendy said patting Natsu on the shoulder sympathetically.

"You honestly should have been prepared for this Natsu and found a different solution for your..." Carla began flapping her wings with a disapproving flick "issue" she finished.

"Y-you guys d-don't know what it is like" Natsu gasped his cheeks bulging out as he doubled over, looking up accusingly as Mirajane politely patted Natsu on the back before she too looked out the window.

"Sorry Natsu..."Wendy started reaching out when a small smooth hand was placed over hers. Twisting her head Wendy looked up at Evergreen who's hand began to grip hers gently.

"...Can I speak to you out side for a moment?" Evergreen said tilting her head meaningfully out the door.

"Sure Evergreen" Wendy said looking concernedly at Evergreen before slipping out of her seat to make room for her to get up. "We will be back in a minute" she said to Natsu and the exceeds watching as Mirajane briefly looked towards Evergreen flashing her a reassuring smile before looking back out the window. Twisting around Wendy followed Evergreen, her hand quickly getting pulled along by the senior mage.

Evergreen walked quickly forward ignoring the concerned glances of Freed, Bixlow and Laxus as they passed their cabin, nerves fizzing all around her as she lead Wendy towards an empty cabin. Quickly stepping inside Evergreen immediately closed the glass sliding door behind Wendy her hands letting go of Wendy's as they clasped together nervously.

"Evergreen what is wrong" Wendy said looking up at Evergreens nervous face this must be to do with when she was sick in the bathroom Wendy thought remembering as she heard a crash from Evergreens bedroom, and after running in finding her throwing up in the bathroom.

"Wendy I...I need you to check" Evergreen said while wringing her hands.

"Check what Evergreen?"Wendy said "Is this to do with when you were sick in the bathroom?"

"Yes it..it is"

"I'm sorry Evergreen but while I can stop motion sickness I cannot fix things like a stomach infection or-" Wendy started but immediately stopped as Evergreen grabbed her hands and placed them on her stomach.

"No not that.. just please check" Evergreen said looking down into Wendy's big brown eyes "please".

Looking at Evergreen's stomach Wendy started to move her healing magic through her body glancing occasionally at Evergreen's face that was staring nervously at her own.

"Evergreen I'm sorry but I don't know what I'm looking for" Wendy said about to remove her hands when Evergreen moved them slightly lower. Opening her mouth Wendy was about to say more when she felt something something slightly unusual. Frowning Wendy concentrated her magic very slightly so she focused more on the abnormality, it felt almost separate from her but not quite like it was living with flickers of life moving through it. Gasping Wendy disengaged her magic looking up at Evergreen with amazed eyes finally recognizing what she was detecting.
