The innuendo to a game in the last chapter was Skyrim by Bethesda! Like said, I do not own that quote (and definitely not the game) and all credits to the amazing voice actors, game makers etc... Just thought it would be a funny thing lol

The actual quote is "Let me guess... someone stole your sweetroll?" And Skyrim fans/players etc would know it's a pretty known meme lol

It's just a random remark from the guards. You might be running through a town in hurry and a guard just asks about sweetrolls in mockery... Like, sorry? I'm in the hurry saving the world, don't mock me lmao

It was to be honest the first thing that came into mind when I thought about the food in the celebration party haha

But, back to the current chapter,

Hope you enjoy! :)

I can hear the beating sounds before they come into sight.

It's a rhythmic beat, taunting my fear of them even more when I can't keep up on how many there are. Or where they are coming from.

The only place I could find to hide myself in, is under the kitchen bench, in the small drawer without a door that was just big enough to fit me.

The beats suddenly stop, my confusion is probably rolling in waves off of my body.

And then the attack happens.

It's only a matter of seconds that I understand what is happening.

Butterflies.

The damn beating wings of those insects that I don't tolerate.

So, as a scared person does, I start to scream on top of my lungs when I feel them surround me in the small space.

"GET OFF OF ME!" I scream on top of my lungs while running away from my hiding place, the devil's creatures following with their big beating wings.

The struggle that I have while I run is insane, it feels like I'm not getting forward but more like stumbling. Not fast enough to get away from the butterflies.

Suddenly, the floor under me vanishes into thin air, replaced by a black void, and I fall down.

My eyes open while my breathing is uncontrolled.

The light from the window would be the first thing I'd see, if it wasn't for the orange wings in front of my eyes.

It was just a nightmare, I think to myself.

Wait...

Wings. In front of my eyes. Orange wings.

Another scream comes from my throat while I jump out of my bed and flail my arms all around, feeling the small pressure of the butterfly leave my nose.
