How could Eva smile so freely when she is with this woman? To think that Lady Vasilas could smile easily. On the other hand, he had to do all sorts of things, going an extra mile to see Eva smile, and an awkward smile to that extent.

"Come on now, let's stop arguing, it's our engagement ceremony," She sighed, holding his hand; the Noble looked at the back making sure that the Lady was not there, "As you wish, My Lady," He raised her hand and kissed the back of the Lady's palm.

With a smile on his face, Alexios muttered, "It seems like Lady Vasilas has left already," She looked at the front, this time without Alexios stopping her, "What? Oh, she's not there,"

In mind, Eva felt trouble; out of all the guests, she did not say goodbye to the Lady because she was preoccupied with Alexios, who kept teasing her. It felt normal for her to witness their bickering; it was nothing out of the ordinary.

"Let's go home, then." It was all she could say, only with Alexios to laugh out, "Yes, we are home,"

Eva was about to pull the man, but before she could do anything, he walked off to the center of the call, kneeling with a velvet box in his hand, revealing the ring. She thought that they had forgotten to put that on the program.

It seems like it was for another ceremony, a private ceremony, alone and together for the two of them. "Lady Eva Maria Del Mar Rabellino, my Lady. You are the one whom I want to go home to everyday, open my eyes with you in front of me, grow old and have children with," He said as Eva walked to him, slowly and steady, "I ask your hand in marriage.
