A Plead Of Affection

No one in the world knew and wanted him as a person; everyone judges him because of his family. Alexios would think of it often, what if he had nothing, no looks, money, power, nothing? What would it be? 

"You know how the hierarchy works, and you are a Lady in being of the suitable age for marriage," He sternly continued. "Even though we are from rival Houses, I am unconcerned with what others have to say. You know me, Eva, I want to have everything to myself when I find anything I adore," He added.

"Do you feel the same way towards me?" The man questioned, "Alexios- this?" I could not bring myself to talk when he pulled me by my waist.

"I want to keep you by my side, Eva. All to myself, stay here, beside me," He lifted my hand and kissed the back of my palm, "Wait," I pushed him off.

I cannot let him lead again, a guy like him saying these things. "That's a good choice, I don't know what I'll do next we continue, I can't control my desires when I'm next to you," He chuckled, "Dearest, Eva,"

Alexios continued to tell me how much he loved me. "Let's take everything slow and steady, we're just getting started," He smiled, "All right," He smiled at me.

As we finished eating and wiping our mouth, after a toast of wine, it was enough to call it a day, "It was nice to see you after a month, thank you for coming back. I am grateful for everything that you've done," I stood up and walked past him, "Are you off to your chamber, Eva?" He asked.

"Yes, it's soon midnight, I should sleep," I replied; he then walked towards me, "I couldn't agree more," Wit that, he immediately grabbed my hand and dragged me off to a room.

"Wait, where are we going?" I asked him as he pulled my arm, "To my room, I missed you and we haven't seen each other for weeks. I won't let you sleep alone,"

As the double doors opened, an enormous bedroom with a bed so large that it could fit an entire family emerged in front of us. Though the room had luxurious furnishings, it seemed lonely and empty. "Why? Does my room look bad?" I shook my head as I wandered my eyes, "No, it's perfect,"

As we have the same backgrounds. Everyone had full expectations that they would be perfect, everything for the sake of their Houses. "I want all of you, Eva," He kissed the tip of my hair, "If I can't have you, I'd rather not have anyone at all, and when I want something, I have to go to great lengths to obtain it."

Even if I feel bad, I do not have the right to judge him. At first, I need to set boundaries between us; if my emotions continue to be swayed by him, he will take control of everything. "I'll wash up first," I turned around and went straight to his bathroom, "I'll have someone send you a night gown,"

After finishing up and changing, I saw him fresh out of the shower, "You changed?" He nodded, "I took a shower in the other room, I didn't want to make you wait,"

We sat at the end of the bed, "Alexios, let's sleep," I extended my arm, leading him to bed, we tucked ourselves to bed and laid beside each other, "Eva, stop making me mad," He snuggled himself close to me.

"I will, and now," I kissed the top of his forehead, "Let's now sleep, good night,"

Just as we were about to sleep, a knock came rushing to the door, "Noble Schleswig, Lady Rabellino!" It was the Master-Servant; we stood up and walked to the door, "Noble Schleswig, Lady Rabellino!"

Alexios opened the door, revealing the servants panting, "What seems to be the problem? It's almost midnight, what are you doing here?" He questioned and looked at them with an intense glare; I could sense that they were nervous, "Forgive us for interrupting, I should inform you that the Young Noble Rabellino is outside the Lodge," My eyes widened as I heard his statement.

"What? My Brother?" I did not expect that Noble Neizan Asier Del Mar Rabellino would be back soon, that means Mother is also back, "He demands that you should return his Sister this instance, or else he will-" Before he could say anything, he stopped him from talking.

"I get the point, for now, Eva, change into appropriate clothes, your Brother might kill me the instance he saw you," I nodded and rushed towards the bedroom, immediately changing, "Eva!" I could hear him shouting from the hallways.

After I finished changing, I soon went out, only to see my Older Brother and Alexios in the hall. My Brother was grabbing the Noble's collar. "Where is my Sister?" He raised, "Where is she?!"

I immediately rushed to the scene, separating the two of them, "That's enough!" I yelled, looking at them, "Eva, let's go," My Brother grabbed my arm and pulled me away, dragging me out of the residence.

However, before we could take another step, someone pulled me on the opposite way, making us stop in our tracks, "What do you think you are doing? After you led my sister into a disgraceful situation you dare to grab her?" Brother stormed, pushing the Noble away from me, "Brother, no stop, please," I held his arm, pulling him away.

This two might fight until death and eventually kill themselves if they exchange blows here, "Brother!" I screamed out, causing him to stop and look at me, "From now on, don't you dare approach my Sister!" He pointed his fingers at the Noble at pushed him off.

"Eva, let's go!" The man held my hand and walked me out the front, "Eva!" I could hear Alexios screaming my name. Even so, I could not look back and face him with my Brother on guard.
