Ch 25 - Sea Travel

Wilbur was on the boat with the giant as other boats followed his. He was looking at the map as he found the area they were heading

Wilbur: Techno! We must go forth!

Techno: Yes, my king

Wilbur: We will feed the Colossal his meal!

Techno: The Colossal?

Wilbur: Why yes! Giants are the size of humans to them, and we are the size of ticks!

Techno: Oh, ok

Wilbur: He will be his next meal!

The king looked at the giant as he was breathing rhythmically. He kept his head down as Techno took a closer look

His green eyes locked on Techno's as the Slayer gasped softly. The giant just stared and closed them as it continued to breathe on tempo

Wilbur looked at the seas as he felt the cool wind hitting them. He looked at the giant as he chuckled, "I wonder which mythic type are you?"

He looked up as the giant just kept his eyes closed. "He's a Healer," Techno answered as Wilbur smiled, "How do you know?"

"I saw his eyes. They're in the brightest of emerald green. He's either born with healing, or he's the giant prince," Techno finished as the giant opened its eye

"Dream, I believe is your name?" Wilbur said as the giant led out a low mumble. The king scoffed, "I wasn't expecting for my son to betray me!"

Dream just mentally laughed. "You are a monster! You are what brought us into a war! Let me guess, you wished he was hear?" Wilbur teased evilly as Dream started to growl

"I must say, you're quite built to be one of my caged ones, but because you're officially tamed by George, we're taking you to the island."

Dream began to growl a little louder as Wilbur laughed, "You think you can escape! You think George is going to rescue you? I bet you he's getting beaten by my guards! I gave them the permission."

Dream's eyes widened at mentioning George getting hurt. He roared as he shook around. The Slayers tried to keep him down as they pulled on the ropes, but he shook vigorously

He felt a whip on his neck as he yelled in pain. He noticed who hit him as Wilbur chuckled, holding the handle of the black whip

"You will obey my orders now, beast!" he said as Dream snarled and snapped his jaws like a wild animal

"Oh well, wild animals learn by a beat, don't they?" he asked Techno as he nervously nodded

Wilbur swung the whip around as he eyed the giant. Dream growled and snapped his jaw as Wilbur came closer to him

"I guess you need to rest!" he said as he whipped his face. Dream whimpered loudly as he felt a clean cut on his neck

The metal made his injury worse as it touched his cut. He felt a tear as he was breathing faster and in pain

The metal collar was scraping his cut, making Dream roar as he looked up. The humans backed away as Dream looked up, tears streaming down

"Please," he whispered as he heard lightning struck. "Seems like we're getting close," Wilbur said as he handed the whip to Techno

They noticed thick fog ahead. Dream sniffed and whimpered as he tried to curl into a ball, but with him tied up, it was hard

Wilbur smiled as they entered the fog. The people stayed silent as they heard nothing. Dream whimpered again as he could smell his doom, and fresh kill

The boats slid on some gravel shore as Wilbur noticed the fog began to clear. It revealed a cave, bigger than anything as Dream stayed quiet

Giant bones were everywhere as some had a bit of flesh. "Giants," Wilbur whispered as Dream tried to stay still to not alert the monster

Wilbur jumped off and landed on the gravel. He ordered for them to get the cage down. The guards and Slayers brought the cage down as the worried giant was breathing shakily and quickly

"Scared?" Wilbur looked at him as Dream just kept his eyes at the cage. "Let's wake it up!"
