“Sigh…” She flopped down onto the couch next to the calm girl.

“What’s with the sigh, Unnie?” Juhyun put her cup down on the small table.

“I’m stuck.” Taeyeon placed the large sketchbook next to the cup. She dropped her backpack onto the floor.

Juhyun looked at the sketchbook. “That assignment?”

“Yeah.”

“There are plenty of living things to sketch, Unnie. Especially around campus.”

“But none of them is unique or inspirational. I mean what’s the point of portraying people rushing from class to class? Or eating in the cafeteria?” She heaved another deep sigh, leaning back and closing her eyes. “The assignment is to interpret human figures, images… find a metaphor.” She scoffed. “Whatever that means.”

“How about the sports clubs?”

“Tried. Boring,” she answered without moving an inch. “The only interpretation I get from ten people chasing one ball is foolishness.”

Juhyun chuckled. She leaned back, turning her body to face Taeyeon. “How about downtown? Plenty of stuff there.”
