"When is Sunghoon coming?" Yeona yawned as she stretched herself. Daera watched her with narrowed eyes, her mind filled with thoughts of escaping.
Yeona had brought her to an empty warehouse. The door was guarded with two strong big men with loaded guns. She gulped in fear and looked at the woman in front of her, scratching her head with a small gun she was holding.
"Let me go, Yeona. I have nothing to do with Sunghoon," she begged. The said girl smirked, circling the chair Daera was tied to.
"It doesn't matter. Sunghoon likes you. I don't care if you don't like him."
"But I'm dating Jay. You can have Sunghoon if you want. I won't get in your way."
Yeona pointed the gun at Daera's head, giving the surgeon a death stare, "I didn't ask for you to be so talkative. One more word and I'll have your head blown up."
Daera bit her bottom lip as her body trembled in fear. She watched as one of Yeona's men approached them, carrying a black backpack.
"Tie it around her," Yeona ordered. The surgeon gave her a confused look before the man took out a time bomb.
"Yeona. Yeona, please! Please don't," she begged, her eyes forming tears of fear and panic. She wriggled herself side to side to stop the man from tying the bomb around her but failed.
The man was too strong that one hold of her shoulder could stop her from moving. Yeona smirked, "If Sunghoon doesn't come here in 10 minutes then bye-bye, Daera. Hope you rest in peace with Jay's mother up there."
Yeona gave her one last punch in the face before leaving the warehouse with her men. Daera sobbed quietly and scoffed when a man in a black suit was guarding the entrance door.
"What are you doing here? Are you trying to die with me?" She snapped.
The man ignored her, facing the wall with his hands clasped behind his back. She sighed tiredly, "Please, just let me go. We both can forget this ever happened. Please, I beg you."
The man stayed silent. She couldn't read the expression of his eyes since he was wearing sunglasses.
Jay, please come save me. Please...
She hung her head low and closed her eyes, feeling tired. The time bomb ticked seconds by seconds until there were only 7 minutes left.

Jay clasped both of his hands worriedly, praying to God that his girlfriend was safe. He kept blaming himself for ignoring her.
I should've kept you safe.
I should've sent you to work myself.
I should've stayed by your side the whole time.
I'm a jerk. I don't deserve you. Please be safe, Daera.
"Sunghoon, your phone is ringing," Heeseung said and handed the said surgeon his phone. Sunghoon picked up the call, "Any good news?"
"We got to track down Yeona's car. She just left a warehouse near the outsides of Seoul. I'm heading over there with my team. I'll send you the location right now," Ni-ki said at the other side of the call.
Jay exhaled heavily and wiped his tears. Heeseung looked at the side mirror confusedly, "Sunghoon, slow down."
"Why? What's wrong?"
"A car is following us. It has been following us for the last 20 minutes."
Sunghoon looked at his side mirror and held the steering wheel tightly. "Lose them. Step on the pedal," Heeseung ordered as he eyed the following car.
Sunghoon obeyed as he clenched his jaw tightly. The car that was following them from behind also started going faster, trying to keep up with them.

Daera gasped for air when a cup of water splashed on her face. She glared at the man in front of her. The same man that was guarding the entrance.
"Wake up," the man ordered. She scoffed in amusement, "I'm dying anyway. How long have I been sleeping?"
"3 minutes," he said. Daera frowned and leaned against the chair, "That was quick."
"Sit up straight. I'm trying to get you out of here."
She arched an eyebrow, "Wait. What? What do you mean–"
The man ignored her questions and turned off the time bomb. The explosive weapon stopped ticking and she sighed in relief. The older man cut the rope with his pocket knife, releasing her.
She stretched herself and looked at him, "Why are you letting me go?"
"You may not remember me but you treated my mother before with her brain tumour. That's why I'm putting on a show in front of Yeona to help you."
He led her out of the warehouse and she followed the man into his car. "Where do you wanna go?" He asked.
"The hospital. Please."

"Sunghoon, the car is close," Jay yelled, facing the vehicle behind from the back seat.
"I'm stepping on the pedal! The car can't go any faster!" Sunghoon answered back out of annoyance. The car behind went past them and made a u-turn.
It stopped and the lights were turned on as if they were trying to blind the surgeons with it. Heeseung's heart was pounding nervously, "Yah, what is it doing?"
"Sunghoon, back away. It's going to hit us," Jay ordered. The said surgeon was still holding the steering wheel, ignoring Jay's yelling and orders. He was trying to see who was the driver of the car in front of them.
His heart dropped when he saw Yeona glaring at them in the driver's seat. She stepped on the pedal and started driving towards them.
Sunghoon backed the car away immediately. The road was empty and it was cloudy since it was about to rain. There were no other cars for them to ask for help.
Yeona stepped on the pedal and gritted her teeth in anger, "If I can't have you then no one else can. We both can die together, Sunghoon."
Her car almost reached Sunghoon's and she smiled like an insane person. She saw him widening his eyes in fear as he tried his best to drive away from her.
She hit his car and her head banged on the steering wheel hard, knocking her out of consciousness. Sunghoon's car slipped away from the road and hit a big tree.
Heeseung bumped his head hard against the glass window until it shattered into pieces. Sunghoon's head was bleeding as it lay on the steering wheel. Jay's head hung low as it started to bleed. His body was still in place since he had his seatbelt tight around him.
