Charlize's P.O.V.

My phone had buzzed in the middle of class, so I decided to check it at lunch. I was beyond angry at what I saw.

KK-
I won't be home until Friday. Mason and I are going somewhere special, so I'll be alright. I'll call you once we get there, okay?
XOXO -KK

Of course she ALWAYS has to do something with Mason. It's always "Mason this..." or "Mason that..."! No more "Charlize" or anything anymore. As if what happened already wasn't enough! First, she keeps secrets from me, now this? Oh I don't want to talk to her whenever she gets there, because I am through with her. I know she's my sister and everything, but I can't take this.

I went in the bathroom to call Camren, since this was her lunchtime too, and you can use your phones in highschool at lunch. She'd know what to do.

"Hello?" I heard her voice answer.

"Cam! I need to hear your voice!" I exclaimed, sighing.

"Why? Is something wrong?" She asked, concern evident in her voice.

"Well, yeah. It's KayKay again. She's still spending too much time with that Mason guy. I really don't like him."

"Why don't you like him?"

"He's keeping time away from me and my sis! And he just...has a bad vibe."

"Like Kaelynn did with Brian?"

"Yeah! Like that! And the weird thing is...I think he looks like Brian."

"Char...you can't be serious. I hope you aren't! Maybe it's because you don't like him like Kaelynn didn't like Brian. Besides, when are you going to tell Kaelynn?"

I shifted against the wall I was leaning on. "You haven't told her, have you?"

"No, Char. You need to tell her soon. Keeping it from her is going to make everything much much worse."

"I know, I know! But, she'll probably dismiss it or something."

Camren sighed on the phone. "From your side of the story, I don't like this Mason guy pretty much either. But...I'm not even sure what I'm talking about anymore. This is all too much."

"Okay. Well, talk to you later. 'Bye."

"'Later, Char."

My phone rung while I was doing homework, and I glanced at it to see it was my sister. Rolling my eyes, I chose to ignore it. There was no way I was going to talk to her. Especially with this complicated math problem I have to work on.

It rung three more times, and I continued to ignore it all them times. It stopped for a while, and I smiled to myself. 'She finally gave up,' I thought to myself.

"Char?" Tam called through the door.

"Come in!" I called back, writing down a random answer to the even problem in my textbook. Stupid problem.

The door opened, and I turned to smile at Tam. "Hey, Tam!"

"Hey, Char. Why haven't you answered KayKay's calls?"

My face fell, and I turned back to my homework. Kaelynn probably called her and told her I wasn't picking up the phone. As if on cue, it started ringing again.

"I don't want to talk to her. She doesn't need to hear my voice. I'm already mad at her."

"Come on! She's your sister!"

"Yeah. Some sister I am to her. All she does is tallk to Mason, hang out with Mason, and loves Mason! He's practically her boyfriend! She doesn't need little ol' Char to talk to anymore. I'm done."

Tamara sighed. "Please just answer the phone."

I rolled my eyes, but picked up my phone anyways. Tam smiled then walked back out. I accepted the call then said, "What?"

"Hey, Char!" Kaelynn's excited voice came from the other line.

"Hey. What do you want?" I asked in an annoyes voice.

"Someone grumpy? I just wanted to let you know I'm okay!"

"Mmhmm. Great. Anything else?"

"Charlize, what's your problem? Have I done something to you?"

"Of course not!" I sarcastically exclaimed. "You have been just the perrrrrfect big sister ever! You haven't ignored me, nor treated me like I don't exist everrrr!"

"Charlize, you better watch your tone with me! I am your sister, and I take care of you!"

"Whatever! Ever since we moved here, you barely look over me! You know what? I don't care about our relationship anymore! I am through! I'm SO done with trying to pretend everything's okay with me! I have a terrible sister who's ignoring me, nobody who understands me, and I HAVE DREAMS ABOUT MY DEAD MOTHER ALMOST EVERY NIGHT! DON'T YOU THINK I HAVE THINGS TO DEAL WITH JUST LIKE YOU?!?"

I was now sobbing violently, unable to control my tears. This was not how I imagined my life to be right now. Especially after we got out the orphanage. I expected life to be much better. Our mom to be alive and spending time with us. We should all be cuddling under a blanket, watching a movie with popcorn and candy. Was rhat too much to ask???

"Char..I'm so--"

"I don't want to hear it! 'Bye, Kaelynn."

"Char--"

I hung up and cried into my pillow. Nothing's going right. Nothing has ever been going right for me. And the worst part was...

I know who caused the accident...

I didn't look up when I heard my bedroom window open then close. Zesty hopped off the bed as the persom sat on my bed. I already knew who it was anyways. No need to act alarmed.

"Hello, Char. Nice to see you again."

A/N: Ooooh! Who do you think it is? I just thought of it now, and I know how it'll all be planned out and everything! *Grins evilly*
