"Y/N! WAKE UP Y/N!"

You woke up, someone was shaking you violently. They looked like they were in a hurry.

It was Galo

"Finally! You are awake" he said "something terrible happened"

You sleepily stood up, and reached the team near the television. You saw everyone with worried faces, looking first at the television and then at you. Everyone, except Lio. He looked like he was about to burst, an angry look on his face and his fists closed.

You were worried that he would hurt himself with the strenght he put in closing his fists.

Then you glanced at the tv.

You were on the news

"...Burning Rescue! The famous heroes of Promepolis might welcome a new member! Yesterday one of our incredible journalists captured a moment where the heroes, coming back to work, welcomed a new girl among them! We asked a few people if they knew this girl, and here are their answers!

"Do you know this girl?"
"Certainly not, what I know is that she is really pretty, and I'm sure that it wouldn't hurt if Burning Rescue welcomed a new member among them!"

"Do you know this girl?"
"Never seen her, but I don't want her near Galo or Lio! one of the fangirls said

"Do you know this girl?"

And that's all for today's news, see you later!" The journalist waved goodbye with a huge grin, and Lio turned off the tv.

So that's why you felt observed when you entered Burning Rescue's headquarters

You were astonished. Don't people know the sense of privacy these days? How could they film you without your consent?!

You were surely angry, and almost on the verge of crying. But there was a person almost angrier than you: Lio

"Lio, calm down!" you heard Galo say

You snapped out of your thoughts and saw Galo blocking Lio from going outside.

"Going there won't solve anything! Calm yourself!"

"SO WHAT WILL SOLVE IT GALO?!" Lio snapped "HOW DARE THEY DO THIS TO HER"

You started crying silently. Lio looked at you. You thought that your tears would have calmed him down. But they were only fuel for his anger.

You swore for a second that he would have transformed into a huge Burnish Flare if he was still a Burnish.

"Why is he so angry for me?" you thought

"Why are you so angry for me?" you calmly asked "You barely know me..."

Lio was still angry, but looked deeply hurt by your words

"You...don't remember?" he mumbled, but you couldn't hear him.

"It's okay guys..." you spoke, everyone watching you

"It's just a news, it's not like everyone will talk about this every single day"

Lio was worried and unsure.

"...is she sure of what she's doing?" he thought.

With that said, you went home. You didn't consider however what would happen at work the next day.

Your manager had scolded you even more harshly than the past days.

"How did you dare staying near those Burnish allies?! Especially near that ex-terrorist, Lio Fotia or whatever is that scum's name!"

You were full of rage when he called Lio scum. You surely would have burned everything to the ground if you were a Burnish. Losing your flames was absolutely something you regretted now.

And then, you went berserk.
