"Are you busy?" Diana asked as she knocked on the guys' office door.

"Just going over some new information on our project to clean the oceans," Jason shook his head. "What's on your mind?"

"I want to go back to work please," Diana said nervously. "I'm bored here, I need something to do."

"Are you really sure you want to go back to work?" John asked as he sat down the papers in his hand.

She nodded and shifted from one foot to the other nervously. "I've almost ran out of the books here since you haven't really let me leave the mansion since you brought me here."

"It's only been six months," Gabriel said moving his papers away from him. "Do you really want to go back to work? We can get you more books if you want."

"I would like some more books," She nodded while shifting to the other foot, "but..."

"Would you like some of your old routine back?" Jason asked and she nodded. "Okay, we will go back to work tomorrow morning but on one condition."

"Sir?" She asked confused.

"If it becomes too much, you have to tell us immediately so we can bring you home," Jason said and she nodded while biting her lip. "At any time that it becomes too much, you tell us."

"Yes Sir," She nodded, "Thank you."

"Why don't we head to bed since we are going to work in the morning?" Gabriel said standing up and walking over to her. "Which one of us would you like to sleep with tonight?"

"I don't know?" She said nervously. "Maybe I should try....."

"Would you like to try and sleep alone tonight Mi Amor?" Gabriel asked and she nodded. He nodded and gently moved some hair behind her ear. "Go to bed Mi Amor but if at any time you need us then come get us. We have no problem whatsoever with you sleeping with us. We actually like it and have noticed that we sleep better with you than we ever have."

"I....I...." She shook her head and John frowned.

"What's wrong, Sweetheart?" John asked confused.

"I'd rather not, Sir," She whispered as she twisted the bottom of her shirt.

"Please tell us what you're thinking, Luv," Jason said coming over and gently took her hands in his.

"I don't....I..." She bit her lip and blinked back some tears.

"You won't upset us by telling us what is on your mind," John said smiling softly. "We promise we won't get upset with whatever you are thinking. Please tell us what you were about to say."

"Promise?" she whispered scared.

"Promise promise," he smirked then winked causing her to softly giggle.

"I doubt you have slept better with me than you have with your conquests," She whispered while looking at the floor.

"Hey," Jason said gently tilting her chin up until she was looking at them. "We had to wear ourselves out in order to get some sleep when we were with them. With you, we're able to find peace just being beside you in our beds. We don't have to force ourselves to relax, we are relaxed with you. They meant nothing to us, you mean everything to us."

"I don't believe you," She stepped back and shook her head. "I'm going to bed."

"Goodnight," They said in unison as they watched her climb the stairs.

"Did I overstep?" Jason asked once they knew she was in her room.

John shook his head, "No, we are making progress. We got her to start voicing her opinion, that's a huge step in her healing. She may have been nervous about asking about going back to work as well as trying to be independent and sleep by herself for once. She even told us the truth about how she felt with us sleeping with her, she's starting to lower her guard just a little."

"Do you think she will stay in her room all night long?" Gabriel asked causing John and Jason to chuckle.

"Not a chance," John said as he turned off the lamp on his desk. "I think she will last a couple of hours, then she will come searching for each of us."

"I think maybe an hour tops," Jason shook his head as he went to lock the front door. "We better go get ready for bed. No matter what she will join us, unfortunately she may have a nightmare first since she is trying to be independent but we will be ready to comfort her when she does join us."

Sure enough around midnight while they were in the California King size bed watching TV their door opened and she came stumbling in half awake and full of fear.

"Come on Sweetheart," John whispered as he led her into the middle of the bed. Once he covered her up and she felt Jason and Gabe rubbing her back, she fell back asleep with a soft smile on her lips.
