A/N: Here's an ambience I made inspired by the ending of this one-shot! Have a listen!

"So where exactly are we headed?" You had practically screamed in Peter's ear, the rushing wind and honking of the traffic below almost deafening.
"Somewhere to collect our thoughts!" He had shouted back, releasing another web to continue swinging you both through the streets of New York.
But the last somewhere you had thought you'd end up is atop the Empire State Building.
Feet finally making contact with solid ground, you carefully peel yourself from Peter's side, stepping down off the ledge he'd landed on and onto the main part of the roof.
"This is quite the view!" You breathe through slightly chattering teeth, hugging your jacket around you tighter, casting a gaze to your friend and wondering how on Earth he isn't frozen.
"Isn't it?" He nods, making his way over to your cautious form, appearing completely within his element up here. "Where should we start?"
You're taken aback by his suddenness a bit as you take a seat on a ventilation duct acting as a perfect bench, Peter following quickly behind you, taking a seat at your side.
"With what?"
"Well, either English or that kiss," He explains, pulling off his mask, a cheeky grin plastered on his features. "You pick."
Eyeing him over, you feel your lips involuntarily twitch upwards into a smile that seems to match his, a hand raising to ruffle his already crazy looking hair.
"Oh yeah, the mask really makes it act up."
"No, no," You giggle softly, admiring the warmth of his gaze resting on you. "I like it. It's fitting."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. It goes with the whole ensemble."
At this, Peter just chuckles, shaking his head.
"Maybe if I was going for 'Crazy Hair-Man,' it would."
You just huff with a roll of your eyes, allowing your gaze to wander the city's night lights from a perspective you've never seen, until now.
And as your gaze returns once more back to the person at your side, you can't help but realize that without having ever had met Peter Parker, you would've never ever seen anything like this.
"How many other people know about you being Spider-Man?" You muse aloud, brows knitting together in question.
"Just you, actually," He chuckles rather sheepishly, his hand finding its way to yours. "And I'd like to keep it that way... if Aunt May ever found out, I think she might have a heart attack."
A laugh escapes you at his remark.
"She might, especially considering she already has been against you skating since forever."
"Fair point," Peter hums, rummaging through the backpack that he'd realize he'd forgotten about halfway down his street earlier.
You hadn't understood why you both had to turn back around to retrieve it, but now, as he pulls a relatively simple looking device from the bag, you grin knowingly.
"Keeping an ear in on Police chatter?"
A nod is the only reply as the sound of slightly broken radio chatter fills the silent space between you both.
