"Look, you draw the line like this" Sabrina smiled as she helped the student draw his line at a slight angle to be curved. He laughed and nodded with a thank-you.

She strode to the board with a marker. "If you guys are struggling to curve the line like the dog's paw, you don't have to get it perfect. I assure you, the picture had been edited and that's why it looks so perfect." She drew the simple line and used her hand to gesture.

"See? Mine isn't perfect, and I'm the teacher right?" They laughed at her joke causing a bright smile to appear on her face.

Then it were ruined when the bell rang. They all huffed in exasperated sighs, not wanting to leave. They began putting everything back, pushing their tables.
"See you guys tomorrow" She waved, and gave some of them high-fives on the way out. What could she say? She is one of the favorite teachers.

One of the males began practically sprinting out the room, and she knew exactly who it was, so before he could leave, she gripped the handle of his backpack, pulling him back. He groaned, obviously frustrated she had captured him and waited till she closed the door for her to question him. A repeated thing every single day.

"Am I really that bad?" She sighed as she took a seat in front of him. His eyes rose quickly as he heard the saddened tone of her voice. If there was one thing he hated in the world, it were making her sad, feel anything but happy.

"No! You're not bad. I-I just don't think you have to check on me every day." He assured, and she cupped his face, smiling as she acknowledged the growth of his hair. It almost covered his eyes. She mentally noted to get his hair cut.

"You're my baby brother. Yes it is necessary. At least to me. Today, you just seemed out of it. You are usually talking with Kaelyn. What's wrong?" Jr lowered his eyes as he grumbled a simple "Nothing"

She knew though, something had bothered him.
"Are you getting bullied again?" Her voice rose, the anger radiating slowly even more as he didn't respond and that was all the answering she needed.

"Who is it? I swear to god tell me right now" He grabbed her hand in comfort.

" The 8th graders said they would beat me up on the park if I told an adult. They say I'm a baby. Just leave it alone" He sighed.

She nodded, but she wasn't going to leave it alone. She didn't know exactly who done it, but she would pay attention more to Jr and then give them the worse detention of their lives. Furthermore, she hated for Jr to be bullied by them. A 6th grader being bullied by 8th graders, and they only did it because he was short and an easy target. Not to mention having a sister as a teacher, which were partially her fault.

She kissed his forehead and he hugged her before he left for lunch.

Minutes later, Sabrina were sitting in her car unwrapping a Subway sandwich. Her kindle had been against the wheel, opened to an article she's been reading for a few days. It had been about the facility she were contained in four years ago. It had been raided, but she already knew that. Draven based their escape plan off of the information.

They found mounts of evidence of sex and human trafficking. When they escaped, Kayla had been with them, but they parted ways a year ago when she wanted to seek out her parents.

Sabrina though? She never found hers no matter how hard she tried searching. Worst, she never found Draven either. She remembered it vividly, Amano finding her, taking her, using her against Draven, and he told her run. They waited and waited, but someone had come for them and Sabrina knew Draven would have wanted her to leave. So she did.

Forgetting the memory had been inexorable. When Draven had helped all of those people, everything he has ever done, every bad deed didn't matter anymore. She thought about him profusely, every night and day. Every second, it were worse when she was asleep with no alternative but to face her prevalent nightmares.
