*caitlyns POV*

I was driving along the highway, humming along to 5sos and Marianas Trench when I noticed the roads getting icy, 'shit..' I thought to myself as I tried to hit the breaks to stop from colliding with the car infront of me.... nothing worked....

*hayes POV*

I was humming along in the kitchen, making dinner, when the doorbell rang.

"Caitlyn, you forgot your house key again." I laughed to myself until I reached the door.

"Mr.Grier?" I was greeted by 2 police officers. "Y-yeah that's me. What's going on?", I replied back, "sir, may we come in?" The officer asked as I stepped aside to let the officers step in

"Mr.Grier may you please have a seat?" He asked me as I took a seat, my heart rate beginning to race setting my adrenaline on high. I knew something was wrong, but just.... what?

"Mr.Grier we regret to inform you that your girlfriend, Caitlyn, was involved in a fatal car accident this afternoon. She passed away, I'm sorry for your loss." The officer stated to me, as tears began to fill in my eyes and my heart nearly stopped.

"A grief counsellor will be here within the hour, mr.Grier. We're sorry for your loss." the officer said as they showed themselves out.

I stood up to make my way to our room, but soon the sadness consumed me and I collapsed to the floor.

Sobbing, and choking on my tears I managed to move myself to the phone to call nash.

N: This is Nash.
H: n-nash you need t-to come over
N: hayes? What's going on?
H: p-please come over...

I said before ending the call and collapsing back to the ground, letting the darkness surround me......
