Pakurap-kurap ang aking mata habang mariin ang titig sa litrato. Pilit kong hinahanap kung saan ba may mali sa picture. Napahinga ako nang malalim. Well, seeing the picture made me more realized that there's nothing wrong with it. Obviously, it's just a mere friendly date, but people are keep on putting some meaning behind it. 

Well, I was just sitting at a table while eating with Harold. Nagkukwentuhan kami niyan so of course, I was laughing. Pero nilagyan na nila agad ng meaning ang picture. 

Not that I am surprised or what. I've been in this industry for almost seven years. At first, I can't help but go ballistic when I first experienced being a hot topic on the internet with some rumors circulating. Pero ngayon, parang normal na normal na lang sa akin. Hindi na ako nagugulat kung sino-sino na lang ang na li-link sa akin. 

"Endless issues, huh?"

Umirap ako sa sinabi ni Isota. Pinaglaruan ko na lang ang mga bula sa tubig habang pinapakiramdaman ang maligamgam nitong hatid na humahaplos sa aking katawan. I am still irritated to the paparazzi who captured the photo. Cons of being a famous singer, you won't have any privacy. They will always striving to look something interesting on your life and use it in their own advantage. The thing is, it was even broadcast in a wrong way making the fans misunderstood the said situation. 

Katulad ngayon. Harold is one of the rising actors who I became close with since he was a rookie. Well, Louie is his cousin that's why we've known each other for so long. Nakakatawa pa na gumagawa ng mga storya ang tao sa internet. That I was cheating on Louie with his cousin. 

I held the side of the white marble bathtub as I tried to sit straight to face Isota properly. 

"Do you want to do something with it? Your bashers are more active on social media."

Ngumisi ako bago nagkibit-balikat. "I don't care about them. The only important is, that Louie knows the real story behind the photo. Hindi ko kailangan magpaliwanag sa kanila," I said confidently.

Lumapit sa akin si Isota bago ngumuso. "Babae, hindi ka pa rin nagbabago," she shook her head as she removed the earrings from my ears. 

"Oh..." I forgot about it... again. 

"You are always forgetting your earrings whenever you are taking a bath. Kung hindi lang kita kilala, baka isipin ko pa na may lakad ka pang pupuntahan kaya hindi mo tinanggal 'yang hikaw."

Umirap ako. "Bakit ka ba kasi nandito? Pati ba naman ikaw, hindi mo rin ako bibigyan ng privacy at pagligo ko, pinapakialaman mo?"

"Boba! I reported about your issue."

"Makakahintay naman 'yan, ah?" I arched an eyebrow. Once again, I grabbed the bathtub's side to serve as a support so I could stand up straight without slipping on the slick tub. Lumapit si Isota sa may sink para kuhanin ang nakapatong kong bathrobe at agad na bumalik sa puwesto ko. I accepted it when she handed it to me.

"I also have something to say. Well, I received an email from a prominent awarding show in the Philippines. The label wants you to accept it."

Napatigil ako sa ginagawa at agad na umangat ang tingin kay Isota. "Mukhang mapapaaga ang punta na 'tin sa Pilipinas. And also, they want you to take advantage of the situation to use it as a vacation perhaps to use it to put out your endless fire on the social media. Sunod-sunod ang issues mo nitong mga nakaraang buwan kaya gusto nila na umalis ka muna ng New York para mag-lie low muna, and Philippines is the best choice since you live in there before."

I combed my wet hair as the tip of my tongue licked my lower lip. "I don't mind. Ilang buwan ba?"

She grinned. "Well, pagtapos na lang ng kasal ko?"
