Rejection

Knuckles played it off like it was a dare right after saying tails dared him and sonic obviously believed him.

Rouge arrived at angle island the day after the rejection to see if everything went alright she hadn't seen sonic around so she thought he accepted knuckles feelings and stayed at angle island with him for now.

Oh how cute that would be

When rouge finally got down to the surface sonic wasn't here but knuckles was sleeping on top of the emerald she circled the emerald for abit

She knew how to wake him up but he wasn't gonna like it.

She poked the side of the emerald and to her guess he jolted up "WHO GOES THERE?" his fists where already up and ready to fight

"Chill knuckle head it's just me." She sat on top

"So what did Amy have to talk to you about?" Rouge was surprised he even knew about that "oh well you know.." she grinned "just relationship stuff.." Knuckles shook his head confused "Well nothing really we're just dating.." he gasped "the two of you?!"

Rouge rubbed the back of her head "no actually the three of us." Knuckles wasn't the smartest really so he just kinda stood there trying to think of what she meant "Me, Amy and Shadow." She repeated "Oh lord.. and shadow agreed on that?" Rouge nodded proud of herself "We're taking things slow and still trying to figure how we're gonna work this out when we get things settled and clear we're moving in with shadow. You should come down to visit you deserve a break." She patted his shoulder but he quickly denied "I'm sorry rouge I can't, it's my job to watch over the master emerald and if I go down I'll have to hide it and I can't keep doing that."

Amy rested her hands on her hips sighing in relief "how many bedrooms does this place have?" Shadow turned around and started counting "I think like... 1 2  5 there's five here." Amy nearly cried "it's bad you have to count." Amy turned around to walk down the stairs but something stopped her "how are we going to work this out? Will we even be able to.." damnit amy why did you say that.. Shadow grunted "scared?"

I've been thinking for the main plot of this story to be alittle like the IDW comics I'm still reading some right now but here are some of the designs

Yeah I might do the met virus too I'm gonna start to write more about shadow and his personality instead of rouge and Amy, So no sonic X this is the IDW universe 🥴
