Jennie explained the matter on the way.
It turned out that Eunwoo went to the rented house shared by Jennie and Rosé again that night.
Eunwoo was there for Jennie, but since Jennie had already moved in with Lisa, Eunwoo would not be able to find her there.
Eunwoo wanted Jennie to take the initiative to let the public know that everything was just a rumor. He wanted her to tell everyone that this was all a ruse by someone who wanted to take down the Kim family, and that person had purposely misled Su Changxin and Krystal to say those words when in fact, both mother and daughter treated her well.
If Jennie, as the person implicated in the matter stood up to clarify the matter, then no one can comment much of anything even if they were still suspicious about it.
Krystal and Su Changxin would never make the apology. Krystal had told Su Changxin about the situation when they had returned home. Su Changxin had immediately cursed at Jennie and thought for sure that this was Jennie's doing. She must be jealous of the Kim family living a good life and was a traitor to the family.
Eunwoo was also sure that Jennie was behind it all. Jennie had claimed that she did not want to reveal her personal affairs but what worth does it really have? If she could get the Kim family in trouble and gain sympathy from the public at the same time, it would be killing two birds with one stone.
He would have done the same if it was him.
However, they were standing on different stances now.
Rosé was so angry at his words that she wanted to give Eunwoo a good scolding. Eunwoo had never liked Rosé. He thought that she had a bad temper and was too forceful. Who would dare want to be with a woman like her?
He was not willing to say anything more to her and just shouted noisily for Jennie to come out.
Rosé had told him that Jennie was not there but Eunwoo did not believe her. Rosé then said that Jennie had moved in with Lisa.
Eunwoo believed that. He also knew that if he asked Jennie to meet him, Jennie would not agree. She would not even pick up his call.
"Give Jennie a call and ask her out!" Eunwoo ordered rudely. His face was pulled really low, as if Rosé owed him something.
"Why should I do that? Eunwoo, you're a married man. You've also admitted that you were the one that let Jennie down in the first place, so what are you doing harassing her? Get out of here and stop being disturbing the peace. I won't help you ask Jennie out. No one owes you anything. Your wrongdoing has been exposed and you still have the gall to come looking for Jennie? This wasn't Jennie's doing, but even if it was, it would be fair because you deserve this. Stop being so shameless and get out of here!" Rosé raged.
Eunwoo went green in the face at Rosé's scolding, the look in his eyes were frighteningly dark, "What has this got to do with you? Rosé, I've had enough of you. Who do you think you are to judge this matter between me and Jennie? No matter what, you need to get her out here. Can you make a decision for Jennie? The answer is no!"
Rosé sneered, "What this? Who do you think you are? Does everyone here need to follow your instructions?"
With that, she shut the door tight.
Eunwoo could no longer take it after being scolded by Rosé this way. He pushed the door open roughly and tried to barge in, "So, you don't want to make the call, do you? Then I won't leave until you do!"
