It did not mean that she could always rely on Lisa though. She had to at least try to be independent.

Sunmi perhaps had done everything to get Lisa, but everything Sunmi had done was declare war on her.

In Jennie's point of view, this was a war between women. Before, Lisa used to solve everything for her, but it could no longer stay this way.

In the beginning, she had no connections of her own. Now that she had been working in KTJ for a long time, and was on good terms with her colleagues, also as she helped her clients in solving their issues, she was able to meet people of different professions. Even if the relationships would not be considered as deep by any means, she would at least be able to find someone that could help her in her affairs, as compared to being utterly unfamiliar with her own surroundings and unable to get help.

As for Sunmi's matters, Jennie no longer hoped for Lisa to intervene.

The man Sunmi was lusting after was her man, in that case, she should have been the one stepping forward and handling Sunmi. Jennie gave it some thought and realized that perhaps she had been relying upon Lisa this whole time. That was why Sunmi looked down on her and assumed she could not do anything on her own. Hence, she continued to fearlessly harass her continuously.

Moreover, Lisa had lots of things to handle and since she was not able to help him out, she could only make sure that he would not have to always worry about her. She should be able to handle these matters and should start learning how to. Not that she needed to assume complete personal responsibility, but she should at least be able to solve these things on her own.

After giving it some thought, Jennie dialed a number and called it.

The call rang a couple of times before Sunmi picked up.

She looked at the phone screen, and could not believe her own eyes.

Before this, she had sent text messages to Jennie and after sending a few, she could not send them out anymore. She could type them out, but it could not be delivered. Afterward, she tried giving Jennie a call and there was still no response, she then knew that she had been blocked.

She would have never thought Jennie would personally give her a call.

When she thought about what happened tonight, Sunmi sneered. Was Jennie calling to question her?

Jennie had no other abilities, all she did was depend on Lisa to make a living anyway. Tonight, looking at the responses online, she did not expect that the situation would be reversed in Jennie's favor.

When Sunmi saw it at that time, she was pissed out of her head, and immediately believed that Lisa had intervened to help Jennie.

Other than getting help from Lisa, what else could Jennie possibly do!

When met with the slightest inconvenience she would hide behind Lisa's back, letting Lisa work himself to death just to shield her. She then would live comfortably, and could not do anything for herself. Lisa was someone that handled the big affairs, was all matters in the company already not enough for him? He still needed to settle these trivial matters for Jennie!

Hence, when she said that Jennie was constantly holding him back, these words were not wrong!

Sunmi was not thinking about the fact that these troubles were actually caused by her. If she had not started it, Lisa would not have been distracted with these trivial matters at all, yet all she did was blame Jennie for everything.
