Jaewook took a deep breath and said grimly, "Eunwoo, take Krystal away. I'll discuss this on my own."

"Dad!" Krystal stood up in agitation, momentarily forgetting about her tummy. Her little bump scraped the side of the table slightly. It did not seem too serious.

However, Krystal immediately covered her tummy protectively while pointing her fingers at Jennie's nose. "Are you allowing her to show off in front of us? Isn't this matter clear? She was the one behind all of these. She wanted us to lower our heads to her and apologize. Wasn't she the mastermind behind Eunwoo's news today?"

Jaewook pressed his lip and glared fiercely. No one was sure if the glare was for Jennie or was it for Krystal.

Eunwoo quickly held on to Krystal's arms, "Krystal, let's leave. Last night was my fault for allowing someone to get something against me."

Krystal shook Eunwoo's hand away and pointed at Jennie, "I'm not leaving, stop pulling me! This has all been a trap set by Jennie for us! How could it be a coincidence that the room had a camera that recorded everything we said? Eunwoo went looking for you last night to ask for your help. If you were willing to stand up for us and say that everything was nothing but a rumor, no one would have said anything and it will be the end of the situation. We won't be embarrassed by this. But you insisted on exposing Eunwoo, who went looking for you, and now you're acting all high and mighty, like you are unwilling to be on the same side as us. Aren't you disgusting?!"

"We may not have treated you as part of the Kim family. I may not have treated you like a sister. But this is all within reason. You were an outsider, to begin with. Other than that, our family did bring you up and supported you through school. You should at least be grateful for that! Would it be that difficult for you to stand up and clarify that this was all a misunderstanding?"

Jaewook did not say anything and did not push Eunwoo to take Krystal away. He wanted to know Jennie's attitude towards all these.

It was true. If Jennie was willing to do this, it would solve all their problems.

Jennie glanced at Krystal's tummy lightly and replied coldly. "That would be difficult. Number one, I did not do this, and if you don't believe it, there's nothing much I can do. Number two, the expose about Eunwoo was the truth. Why would I make myself feel bad and tell lies? I will pay you back in the future for all the money you spent on me. I will never take revenge for all the torture I've suffered before. We do not owe each other anything."

Jennie placed the speech opposite her. "What I've said just now was considered personal matters. Now let's talk business. I hope President Kim and Miss Kim will be able to look past the relationship between us and discuss this as working partners. It would be very unprofessional to be emotional about this and take it personally."

Jaewook gave Jennie a death stare, which made Jennie felt like she was being watched by a poisonous snake. It made her very uncomfortable.

"Take her outside," Jaewook said to Eunwoo with a grim face.

With much effort, Eunwoo finally got Krystal out of there, which made work become much easier. Jaewook did not say anything more. All he did was get his secretary to mark down the important points he needed to pay attention to tomorrow.

...

Krystal got pulled back into her office by Eunwoo. She was not about to give in easily and vented her anger on Eunwoo instead.

Krystal thrashed the pen holder, files and even the keyboard on the table. Everything was thrown to the floor.

She was so consumed with anger that her hair made her look like a crazy lady and she was breathing wildly.
