"When you've become my mother-in-law, then I'll start treating you with respect." A fake smile was plastered on Jennie's face. Her eyes were not smiling but looked cold. It was full of sarcasm.

Song Ji Hye felt like she was slapped across the face! She had never taken care of Lisa and nearly even lost him when he was younger. Now, she wanted him to marry the daughter of her former lover, and that was crazy about her. It disgusted her to think Song Ji Hye could come up with such a thought, she wanted to throw up.

Rather than describing her being stupid, it was better to say that she had never given much thought to Lisa nor was she even concerned about him, otherwise, she would not have done something like this to him.

If only Song Ji Hye could treat Lisa a little better, even if she could show him a shred of concern, if she could just ask him once in a while if he had eaten, then it would be enough for Lisa to show her filial piety and respect.

Jennie felt angry for Lisa's sake. How could such a good man be involved with someone like Song Ji Hye?

She lowered her head so her hair could cover her eyes. She closed her eyes to stop that tear from falling out of them.
