Author's note: This one is inspired by the song from High school musical 3, but it will also have a song from High school musical 2 called 'You are the music in me' and I hope you like it, enjoy!
Josie's pov
I wake up in the morning with a smile on my face because today are the auditions for a school play based on the movie High school musical 3
I love all 3 movies and we already had plays about first 2 movies and it was a success, so I can't wait to see how this third play is gonna turn out, but I know it's going to be amazing
I played one of the lead roles in the first 2 plays, I was Gabriella, but my mom always makes us audition no matter who you played before which is fine with me
You never know who is going to audition, but I really hope I'm going to be Gabriella once again. My mom also says that every guy or girl doesn't always have to be played by a girl or a boy
That's why in the first play, Troy was a guy, but in a second it was a girl and I know it maybe sounds ridiculous, but only our school is watching us, so we don't really care
And my mom said it's a perfect time to have the play now because we been through a lot with defeating Malivore, so hopefully this will help us relax a little and get us back to just being kids again
I get up from my bed and take a quick shower and get dressed, Lizzie is still sleeping and it's only 7:30 on a saturday, but I can't sleep because I'm too excited
I quietly get out of the room and I walk to Hope's room to see if she's awake, Lizzie and I finally have a really good friendship with her after everything that happened and now she's my best friend
Truthfully, I want her to be mine because I'm in love with her, but I'm scared to tell her because we finally have a great friendship after years of not being friends
Honestly, I never really had a problem with Hope when we were younger and I had a crush on her when I was 12, but Lizzie and her didn't really get along, so I avoided her
But since we started hanging out every day, I fell in love with her because she understands me better than anyone else and I really hope I will have the courage to tell her how I feel one day
I walk into her room quietly and she usually puts a spell on her door so no one can walk in, but Lizzie and I can in case something goes wrong
I look at her bed and I see her sleeping peacefully and I smile, she looks so cute. I walk over to her bed and jump on her and say ''Wake up Hopey''
It's a nickname I came up for her and I know she acts like she hates it, but I know she secretly loves it, I hug her tightly so she can barely move, but then she opens her eyes and easily sits up and I pout at her
Damn her and her werewolf and vampire strength ''Josie what the hell'' I look at her and I still have my arms around her neck and I'm sitting in her lap
''Today are auditions for the school play and I'm just excited'' she rubs her eyes and looks at me ''That still doesn't explain why you woke me up''
She looks at the clock and then back at me ''At 8:00 in the morning on a saturday'' I pout at her ''I just wanted to share my excitement with you''
She looks at me and rolls her eyes ''Yay the auditions are today'' she says sarcastically and I roll my eyes ''Can I go back to sleep now'' I shake my head and she sighs
