Distractions. They're the only thing keeping me sane. Keep me focused on something other than my thoughts, keep me busy.
My problem now is that I can no longer be distracted unless I'm physically doing something. Music and reading no long keep my thoughts at bay.
The worst part is when you finish doing something (cooking, cleaning, exercise or whatever else) and you realise your thoughts will soon arrive, so you just busy yourself until the point of agony.
Then, you can do nothing to stop the thousands of thoughts that suddenly flood.
I just wish my mind would shut up.
