Stronger than the rest

Chapter 2

We finally reach the camp and once we walk in, everyone stares. I sigh as stefan puts ray down and a woman rushes over to him.

"Ray! Oh my god. what's going on? Who are you?" She looks at us and klaus joins me and stefan.

"The important questions is who is he." I point to klaus and he smirks.

"Sorry for the intrusion. my name is klaus." I watch as everyone finally takes an interest in the conversation and the female glares.

"You're the hybrid." she states as then her eyes meet mine. "and you must be his bitch of a vampire angel." rage builds in me and I pin her to a tree, my hand carefully wrapped around her neck.

"I'm no ones bitch, mutt." I hiss as she gasps her air. Klaus laughs before walking towards us.

"Put her down, love. I don't need you to kill her." I glare at her eyes as she smirks. my mind wants to keep her strangled, showing that I don't belong to klaus. that I'm not his bitch. But my body has different ideas. Slowly, I let her go and she smirks as she falls to the floor.

"Not his bitch hey?" My face changes and I go to bite her, but someone grabs me from behind and pins me to a tree. I look to see klaus looking down at me.

"Don't kill anyone yet, love. or you and I will have to have a.... chat." He let's me go and I watch him before leaning against the tree with arms crossed and one leg up.

"It's fascinating, actually... a werewolf who isn't beholden to the moon, a vampire who doesn't burn in the sun. a true hybrid." klaus states and the bitch goes back to ray who is waking up. "excellent timing ray. very dramatic."

"What's happening to me?" He gasps and I roll my eyes. stupid mutt.

"Stefan?" Stefan walks over to the pack as they all stare.

"Are any of you human? Your friend here needs human blood to complete his transition to vampire. if he doesn't get it, he will die." stefan states and my eyes scan the crowd, landing on one man. I concentrate on his breathing and heart rate. gotcha.

"Doesn't take much, just a sip." no one steps forward. "anyone? A boyfriend, a girlfriend, along for the ride?" I step forward and look directly at the guy.

"You." I rush over I him and bite his wrist, some blood flows into my mouth before I push him to ray. The werewolf shakes his head as I crouch down next to them.

"If you dont drink ray, I will, or he will." I gesture to stefan. "the problem is, he doesn't know how to stop." I smirk at him as I grab the humans wrist, running my tongue down the bite, licking the blood. I notice klaus creating more and I smirk.

"Come on ray, it's a blessing. not having to transform every full moon. that must be a painful thing to go through." he looks at me before taking the humans wrist and drinking. "that's a good boy."

"Heal the human, love." I nod my head before biting my wrist and forcing the man to drink my blood.

"There, good as new. now you relax, okay? We're gonna need you when the rest of them wake up." I state as I pat his arm. he nods slightly, knowing that he has to go along with it. I smile before turning around to klaus.

"I want you to go for a walk, try to find people that could possibly help, love." klaus says and I nod my head before walking off, leaving them.

"Do this, love. do that, love. I ain't some fucking slave. I'm sired, yes, but that's all." I rant to myself as I cross my arms, stepping over dead twigs and branches. "go and find some people to help... yeah, they will be bloody dead the moment I see them." I sigh before I hear a twig snap. lunch. "hello?" I call but no one replies. "Great, I'm going cra-" I get cut off as something runs full force against me, knocking me over. I groan but then begin to panic as ray is above me, his eyes flowing blood. that doesn't look good. I punch him and struggle.
