Pretty girl

Also look, I drew a bird! Those of you who are revisiting after reading Damned understand why this is an amazing feat.

Those who are new here, let's just say I'm not the best at drawing animals.

Fawn's POV

Sunlight harassing my eyes pulled me from my peaceful sleep.

The only peaceful thing I've experienced in the last 24 hours.

Opening my eyes slowly, I blinked groggily and sighed. This room he's put me in isn't god awful, but it smells like moth balls and feels almost dollhouse-ish.

Everything is perfectly placed and styled.

The soft sunlight streaming in through the window gave the room a nice morning glow, and in the calm moment it was easy to forget the situation I'm currently in.

However, my peace couldn't last forever, and there was a knock against my door.

"Fawn?" He called from the other side of the door, "are you awake, dear?"

No.

Quickly I closed my eyes, evening out my breathing and pretending to be asleep. Maybe if I pretend, he'll leave me alone.

There was a moment of silence before the doorknob clicked and turned. I heard his footsteps as he approached the bed, and they stopped right next to me.

Go away go away go away go away...

"Fawn?" He said softly, and then touched my shoulder.

This immediately made me go tense, and he clicked his tongue.

"So you are awake," he said, and I stayed completely still for about five more seconds before I let out a very tired sigh.

Rolling over, I looked up at him with lowered eyelids.

He looked proper as ever, dressed in a white dress shirt and maroon vest. He was wearing a bow tie as well, his slacks being black to tie together the whole look.

"Good morning, dear, I was coming to tell you your breakfast is waiting for you," he chirped happily, arms behind his back as he leaned over me.

I stayed silent, simply pushing myself up as I threw the covers off of me. He stepped back so I could get out of bed, and then exited my room.

Following him, I kept my distance and observed him.

He's the definition of a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Everything about him is alluring—his voice, his face, his body, his scent—it's like god wanted him to be the perfect killer.

My judgmental thoughts came to a halt the moment we neared the kitchen. It smelled absolutely heavenly, the aroma nearly making a smile worm its way to my face.

Finally we made it to the kitchen, and there were two plates on the table holding a good amount of food on them.

One plate had a bit larger of a serving, so I guess I know who's is who's.

Sitting in front of the smaller serving, I looked around his kitchen. It, of course, was nice. He had a gas stove it looked like, and the oven was attached at the side instead of the bottom.

The refrigerator was small and very cute looking compared to the ones I'm used to seeing. Overall, I found all of it very intriguing...just seeing how everything looked way back when.

There was a nice about of counter space, too.

Shifting my eyes to the meal in front of me, I looked over every food item. There's eggs, toast, bacon and a small cup of fruit on the side.
