--Andy's POV--
I popped my head back in the bus at 7:00, tired from the concerts and the signings. I loved every second of it, but I was tired. "Tessie?" I called, womdering where she was. "In here!" Tess called, walking towards me. I felt Jinxx tense a little as I swept her into a kiss. "How was the show?" She asked, still inches from my face. "Good. Tiring. What're you all pretty lookin' for?" I asked her, noticing she'd put on a skirt and a little more make up than usual. She had a loose cream white blouse tucked into a short, marroon skirt that showed off her thighs perfectly. Memories of the night before fluttered into my head, making me weak at the knees. "I'm just tired of looking gross. And I have laundry to do in like, an hour." She said. Her face was red, and I didn't no why. "Awww....Okay." I said, giving her a peck on the nose before going to get changed. Ashley had claimed the shower, so I'd just have to wait.
--Tess's POV--
I felt bad lying to Andy, but he didn't understand all Vic and I were doing was a nice, fun night out with a couple drinks. Vic was nice, I trusted him, he'd make sure I don't get blinded drunk and do something stupid. I cracked open Memoirs of a Geisha and began to read, having nothing better to do.
By the time I put down the clock, it was 10 minutes to 8. I folded the page and shouted to Andy that I was leaving, hoping he wouldn't question. I know Vic said he'd pick me up, but it seems safer to meet him at his bus. "Andy! I'm going!" I shouted. He was in the shower, so I just left. He knew I was leaving anyways. As I walked to the bus, I felt myself swelling with guilt. Here I was, betraying Andy's trust and lying to him only a few months into our relationship. But it's only a drink or two. Nothing bad is gonna happen. I extended my fist and wrapped on the door of the bus a few times before Vic answered. "Tess! Hi, I was just coming to get you." Vic said, his hands stuffed in his pockets. "I just decided to come early, sorry, haha!" I said, digging my pinky nail into the palm of my hand. "It's totally okay, I'm all ready." Vic said, leading me to the car. "Do you know where we're headed?" I asked him, hoping we were going to a docile public bar. "There's this really awesome club not far from here, figured we'd try that out." He answered. Fuck. Club? What do I say? I can't go to a club! Vic began to drive and my anxiety swelled inside my throat. I should have told Andy where I was going. I shouldn't have lied. What if I have a panic attack? What if my anxiety gets really high? I can't explain all that to Vic! "How's everyone in BVB?" Vic asked, checking his mirrors slightly and continuing to drive. "Good, good...." I replied, pushing down the shaking in my voice. "You okay?" Vic asked. I nodded. "Just a little tired." I lied, my voice dry and crackling.
--Vic's POV--
We pulled into the club and Tessa stared at it for a minute. I figured she was just excited. I mulled over some ideas in my head before opening my car door and walking along to the other side to let her out. "You coming?" I asked her. She looked away from the club and nodded, smiling dryly. "Yeah. Just zoning out."
--Tessa's POV--
Vic led me into the club. I could smell someone smoking something, and the music was blaringly loud. I could feel the bass vibrating in my chest. "Fuentes." Vic said to the admitence lady. She scanned her list before nodding and unclenching the chain, letting us in. I looked sound me. It was dark, and there were lots of small, private rooms. Vic led me right to the bar. "You have to try this Lemon Peach Vodka." Vic said, ordering something to the bar lady first. I suppose a few drinks won't hurt. I nodded shyly and smiled. "Here you go." The bartender said, handing Vic the glass. We made small talk and he didn't give me my drink, but instead hovered his hand over it. I didn't want to break eye contact, so I waved it off. "Here, sorry I forgot I was holding your drink!" Vic said, chuckling lightly. I laughed after and took a deep breath before sipping the bubbling pink liquid. It was sour, but sweet. It burned the back of my tongue and my throat as I swallowed, and although I didn't like it much, I was compelled to take another sip. "Good?" Vic asked. I nodded, becoming increasingly accustomed to the lovely taste. "Woah there tiger, slow down!" Vic laughed, taking the drink from my hand. "You'll get drunk way to fast drinking like that." Vic smiled and I wiped the liquid from the top of my mouth. "Never expected to like it so much." I said. "I don't want you getting blinded drunk. Let's go outside for a bit." Vic said with a smile. I returned the smile, glad to know he was looking out for me. We got up from the bar, my legs feeling like jelly. I tripped slightly, and Vic laughed. "You okay there?" He asked. I nodded, laughing along. I was probably already drunk, and it only took me a half a drink. Then again, I have no alcohol tolerance. The air outside was cold and refreshing, but I was feeling so tired...I couldn't even keep my eyes open. Vic waved a hand in front of my face. "Tessa?" He asked. My head dropped and I slurred a reply, "Mm....Tired..." My eyelids drooped. "Come on, let's go back to the truck, I can tell you're tired..." Vic said, helping me back to his large car. I was unaware of my feet even moving and before I could tell, we'd reached the car. Suddenly, a force pushed me harshly into the backseat and slammed to door. My eyes jolted open, but my vision was blurry. I was stuck in the space between the backseat and the seat in front of it, sort of like the floor of the car. "Vi-ic?" I slurred. And that's when I knew.
This wasn't just drunk.
Vic had drugged my drink.
