Seungri

"Where am I?" I look around. The whole place is pitch black except from where I stand, like I'm under a lamp post but I look up and there's none. Beyond this light above me I see nothing. "Hello?!" I shout. No one responds. The echo of my voice is the only thing I hear.

A gust of cold air hits my body making me shiver, and right after that I hear hissing sounds. I became alert and find a hard time to breathe. I couldn't see a thing but I hear something. My thoughts went wild.

"If this is some kind of a joke it's not funny!" I shout again. This time, I heard someone laugh from afar. Something screeched behind me making me turn in a haste. "Stop it!" I yelled.

"Seungri..." Someone called my name. A male voice, raspy and hollow.

"Who are you?!" I asked sounding angry, but deep inside I feel nothing but fear.

I heard the screeching of what seems like a sharp piece of metal clawing on the floor, it's sound tells me that whatever, whoever it is, is headed towards me. I close my eyes and wait for it to come for me.

Just then another voice whispered in my ear. A female voice. It was loud enough for me to hear. "Seungri, wake up!"

I slowly opened my eyes. My eyelids feels heavy but I managed to open them a bit wide. Everything's in a blur but at least there's light. I squint at the ceiling then to the two figures standing at the end of my bed.

I'm on a bed. My eyebrows creased. Wait. Why are there people watching me as I lie on my bed?

I try to talk but only an exasperated grunt escaped my lips. The two figures standing at the end of my bed rushed to my side. Now that they're closer I recognized their faces.

"Hyung?"

"Y-Yoongi ah.." I managed to speak with a hoarse voice.

Yoongi reached for my hand and hold onto it tight. "Thank God, hyung.." He looks worried but at the same time relieved. He also looks like he needs some sleep as evidenced by the dark, round circles around his eyes.

"W-Where am I.. What.. W-What happened.." I let out a cough. I tried to sit by supporting my upper body up with my elbows but Yoongi held me by the shoulders and stopped me.

"Hyung, don't over exert yourself.."

"What's going on, Yoongi?" I ask. That's when I saw the back of my hand as I hold his arm to remove it from my shoulder. There's an intravenous line inserted on it. "What's this? Why.." Pain shoots all of a sudden from my right temple and I let out a yelp. I reach for it and felt the bandage covering my head. I was taken aback. I went a bit dizzy and slowly becoming anxious. What happened to me?

"Hyung.. Take it easy.."

I shook my head. I see the monitors that shows my vital signs and the intraveous fluids attached on me. "Someone tell me what's going on?!" I sat up and felt an excruciating pain on my left leg. I howled like an animal and took off the sheets. There's a cast on it. I look at Yoongi. "What happened?" I croaked.

"You.. You suffered from an accident, hyung.. You got hit by a speeding mini van."

"W-What?" I couldn't believe it. An accident? No. It's impossible. "I don't.. I don't remember anything.." I dig deeply in my thoughts for any memories of having an accident but it was pointless. I grip my hair and shake my head. "Why can't I remember anything?!" I shout.

Yoongi hurriedly went to my side and placed an arm over my shoulders. I hear someone stifle a sob and when I turn to see who it was I found Yukii, tears streaming on her cheeks, hands covering her mouth.

"Yukii.." Yukii stood still. She shakes her head vigorously. She looks miserable. "Yukii-ssi.. I'm fine.." Yukii just shakes her head. She closed her eyes and cried harder. "Yukii—"

"She blames herself because of what happened, hyung.." Yoongi tells me sternly.

I calmed down and look at her again, Yukii, my dongsaeng, my sister. I don't know what happened to me but I don't blame her for any of it.

"Yukii.." I called for her. "I'm fine.. None of this is your fault.. You're not to blame for anything.." I tell her gently.

"N-No, oppa.. If I hadn't.. It would've never—"

"Ssshhh.. Yukii-ssi.. Come here.." I tell her and gestured for her to come to me. Yukii hesitated a bit at first, guilt can be seen in her eyes but I nod my head for her to come near me. She quickly rushed to me and hug me tight.

"Mianhe, oppa.. Mianhe.." Yukii tells me as she cries over my shoulder.

I ran a hand through her hair. "Whatever happened, just forget it. Araseo? Oppa is fine now.. I'm alive.. That's all that matters.."

Yukii hugs me for a few more seconds before pulling herself away. She stood on the side of my bed and wiped her tears. I smiled at her and she tries to smile a little.

Suddenly, I remember someone. I do not see her here. She should be here.

I turn to Yoongi again. "Yoongi? Where is she?" I ask him. "Where's.. Brianne?"

The look on Yoongi's face was of surprise. I saw him furrow his eyebrows and looked at Yukii. They look at each other in puzzlement. Yukii also had her eyebrows creased and turns to me.

"Oppa.. It's Jinnie unnie whom you should be looking for not Brianne.." She tells me looking confused.

Now it's my turn to be perplexed. "Jinnie? Who's Jinnie?" The name is new to me. I don't remember anyone named like that.

Yukii was about to speak when someone barged in the room.

"Seungri!"

I smile as I saw the face of the girl that I love for so many years.

"Brianne.."

Brianne rushes to me and hugs me tight. "Oh God, I'm glad you're alive.." She tells me. "I'm so worried.."

I embraced her tightly. "I'm still here.." I tell her. "I'll never leave you.."

Brianne pulls herself away and smiles at me thoughtfully. I saw Yukii and Yoongi threw puzzled stares at each other but I don't mind. Brianne is now in front of me, and it's all I ever wanted.
