"Cheers for the broken hearted!" I raise my glass of beer in front of my two best friends. We're off duty and the three of us are in a bar a few blocks away from our workplace. Yoongi and Yukii are interns while I, on the other hand, was already having my residency at Asian Hospital and Medical Center. Both of them are younger than me by three years but we grew up together. We're childhood friends and we're on our way to become professional doctors.

Yoongi and Yukii exchanged stares, their faces on flat affect mode.

"Oh c'mon guys! Let's make a toast!" I yell at them. I think I'm a little drunk now, we've been drinking for almost two hours.

"Hyung, I think you already had too much to drink.." Yoongi tells me with a concerned look on his face. He's a bit of a troublesome person. He always worries and he's always serious. Sometimes I think he's the hyung and I'm his dongsaeng. His character fits being an older brother to just anyone.

"Ah... Yoongi-ah... You're so worrisome! I'm fine. Don't mind me." I assured him.

"Hyung, I think we should all go home now and take a rest. We had a rough day today. All of us are tired and exhausted. Most especially you.." Yoongi darted his eyes at a different direction as he said his last line. I smile for a bit, a little bitter. Because I know the reason why he acted that way.

"Yoongi, I'm fine. Really. You and Yukii can go home if you guys want to. I'll stay here for awhile. I can manage." I smile at him. Yoongi let out an exasperated sigh.

"Jagiya, let's not leave Riri oppa.. It's still early and I heard there's a singer who sings the blues that will perform here tonight.. I wanna watch." Yukii, our youngest and Yoongi's first love, tells her boyfriend as she held his arm. She rested her chin on Yoongi's shoulders and fluttered her eyes. Our ever sweet Yukii. I know she's already sleepy. I saw her yawn discreetly for a couple of times, and I also know that she just doesn't want to leave me out here alone. If Yoongi's like an older brother, Yukii is like our mother. Even in her young age I can say she's much more mature than Yoongi and I.

"Aish." Yoongi mumbled. "Fine." Yoongi threw me a gaze that says, You're lucky my girlfriend backed you up. I grinned at him and Yukii winked at me. I swear if she'll ever ask a favor from me one day, I will not think twice and give it to her in an instant. Yukii is more than a friend, she's like a younger sister to me. She's an angel.

I waved a hand at a waiter and ordered another bucket of ice cold beer. I saw Yoongi's face looked slightly disapproved but I pretend not to notice. A few minutes later and we have another round of bottles to drink up in front of us.

"Hey I think that's the singer they're talking about!" Yukii exclaimed in delight. She's a fan of rhythm and blues. Yoongi turned his attention at the stage as well. I had my back from it and didn't even try to have a glance. I just want to drink. I didn't came here to watch and listen to some performer sing some RnB songs.

"Good evening, everyone. I hope all of you are still having a good time."

I slightly raised my head.That performer sure has a soothing voice.. I thought to myself and then shrugged.

"Tonight I'll be covering songs by Norah Jones." A few moments later some background music was played and the performer started singing.
