No comments, no updates!!
Guys, pls dont stop commenting thinking that I am not seeing them or I am not replying. I am really sorry that I am not getting time to reply to your comments. But that doesnt mean I am not seeing them. I am, and I always will.
I am purposely choosing smaller versions of songs because I dont want the whole chapter to be occupied by the song.
P.S- I cant think of a better title!!!

Shrutakirthi was arranging her books in a proper manner, thats when her gaze fell on a seemingly old book, covered in dust but still had that aura in it. The Harishchandra gatha.
Immediately, Shrutakirthi was reminded of a bad boy. Her bad boy
She chuckled at her own thought. Glancing at her sisters, who found love in the 3 elder princes, her heart screamed that the youngest one is her destiny, maybe. She disagreed. It wasnt necessary that if her 3 older sisters are in love with Ram, Bharat and Lakshman, SHE would fall for or marry shatrughan. He wasnt her type.
But then, when she thought twice, she found herself answerless. What exactly did she want in her would- be that wasnt present in the youngest Ayodhyan prince?
Good looking? Check. A fairly good warrior? Check. Responsible? Many might not know, but she did. Check. Mischievous? Double check. Adorable? Check, check, check!
Then what was the problem? She dint have an answer to this question.
Shoving aside these annoyingly useless thoughts, Shrutakirthi decided to meet Shatrughan. Despite anything else, he was a great friend of hers. She wanted to meet him and see whether there was any change in him or he was the same hopeless flirt?
Whatsoever it might be, but Shatrughan was always a mystery to her eyes. He wasnt the person he pretended to be. Always happy, cheerful, prankster, and highly careless. First three were true in all sense, but the fourth one was not.
Shrutakirthi believed that Deep inside that seemingly careless person was a highly matured and talented young prince, who was as capable as his brothers were. Shatrughan was no less than his Bhaiyya-s or his twin. Just that, he never got the opportunity to show that side of his. But Shrutakirthi believed that when the right time comes, he will get a chance to prove himself to the world that he was not just his father's youngest son or his Brothers' youngest. He was lot more than that. He had an identity of his own- Shatrughan Suryavanshi.
(Sorry, I got carried away a bit, but I hate it when someone fails to recognize him with his name, with his own identity.)
Shatrughan- The destroyer of enemies. This was the literal meaning of his beautiful name. People usually joke that the twins should exchange their names, as Lakshman was more of a warrior, and it was Shatrughan who was luckier, everytime.
Shrutakirthi disagreed. Lakshman bhaiyya's name meant the one who is endowed with auspiciousness, and not the one who is himself fortunate. He was named Lakshman because he spreads fortune in others' lives, and true to his name, he never lets anything inauspicious happen in his loved ones' lives, even if that meant inviting disasters for himself.
And, now comes Shatrughan. The destroyer of enemies. Who says that he wasnt the destroyer of enemies? Who says he hasnt won any war? Just that, the enemies werent visible to eyes. The war was always fought in the battlefield of his heart, and the 'Avagunas' were his enemies, whom he defeated.
Look through her eyes, Shatrughan was always a hero. A silent hero.
(Look, I have NO idea what I blabbered above. This part would have been good in the vanvaas era as they havent faced anything major yet. But then, Aaru is Aaru, crazy as ever. *Cries*)
