Ram stared the empty bed- side table for a moment, before he sensed Urmila's presence. He turned around and greeted his little sister with a smile as she bowed in front of him as a mark of reverence

"Hey Urmi! Watsup? (Dont read it as Whatsap for god sake!)" He actioned Urmila to sit near him, and she obliged

"Nothing special, Big bro. Just another boring evening" Urmila sighed, to which Ram nodded with a smile

"Urmi, Do you know why the bed side table is empty? Your sister always keeps vases there, right?" Ram asked curiously, to which Urmila stifled a giggle.

"Thats because, My dear bade Bhaiyyaaaaa" Urmila stretched it till eternities before continuing

"Thats because what, Urmila?" Ram asked, genuinely perplexed

"Thats because, certain baby was breaking them all. So Di kept them up above over there" She pointed towards the shelf before bursting into laughter. Ram pouted like a little kid who is deprived of chocolates, and threw a cushion on her face.

"May I know why my sister suddenly got reminded of this brother of hers? You and Laksh again fought or what?" Ram asked, raising his eyebrows mischievously, to which Urmila slightly hit him with the  same cushion

"Why? Cant your sister come to you, her bhaiyya, just like that, maybe? Even if you dont permit, I will never stop eating your head, Bhaiyya" Urmila said with mock seriousness, a full blown grin never leaving her face

"Arey, nah nah. My little doll is always welcome. Always remember one thing, Urmi- Every problem of yours is mine, every pain, every dilemma of yours is mine, every obstacle in your life is mine as well. And also that- Every happiness of mine is yours, every smile, every laughter of mine is yours, every privilege of mine is yours as well. And thats because, I am your Bhaiyya, and you are a little sister I never had. For me, you are the same that my Laksh is to me" Ram said with utmost honesty in his voice. He never knew why he felt like saying this, but he just did. And in a later point of life, he would get to know the real meaning of his own words.

Urmila was overwhelmed. She looked at her Bhaiyya with tears in her eyes, before flicking them away. The hugest privilege she could have was already with her- She was Sita's soul sister, She was Lakshman's Better half, She was Ram's ladli little doll. What else did she even need?

"Well, we are atleast a better Bro-sis duo than your Brother and My sister. They were yet again bragging about how they are the 'best' bro-sis duo" Urmila said, to lighten up the mood. Ram just burst out laughing

"Well, we are atleast a better Bro-sis duo than your sister and My brother. They were yet again bragging about how they are the 'best' bro-sis duo" Lakshman said with a laugh, sitting on the kitchen platform while Sita was cutting the vegetables

"I cant agree more, Laksh. They are just a speck of dust in front of the best Bro-sis, Devar-Bhabhi Jodi of all times." Sita declared, giving a hi-fi to Lakshman

"Bhabhi, your sister is beyond my understanding, seriously" Lakshman started after a pause, his eyebrows furrowed together

"What happened now?" Sita asked, exasperated. She had genuinely grown sick of these banters on the pettiest of the issues between her sister and Brother-in-law
