It started at Christmas

Chapter 62

Olivia pov

Chris had gone to set early today. He had let me sleep in since I was so tired from everything the past week.  And after spending the day with Seb yesterday I was actually looking forward to some peace and quiet. I was so much behind schedule on my book that I was considering telling them I needed an extension.

I took a shower and I walked to the kitchen. I let the dogs outside not wanting to go for a walk and I didn't feel like calling security to walk them.

I was making breakfast when Dodger and Asher started barking.  "Leave the squirrels alone!" I yelled not walking outside and not paying attention. My phone dinged showing a message from Chris a picture of him in makeup. I smiled as he was smiling in the camera pulling a funny face.

I got pulled out my thoughts because the dogs just wouldn't stop barking. I walked to the sliding doors and froze on the spot. In our yard stood a woman talking to Dodger and Asher her hand was deep in her pockets and  she was trying to calm the dogs.

All of a sudden she took a hand out of one of her pockets revealing a large shine metal object.

"DODGER, ASHER COME HERE!" I yelled making the woman look up at me a scary evil smile on her face.

Dodger and Asher saw me and came running. The woman started running to the house to. I let the dogs in and locked the door behind them just in time.

She was banging on the glass door screaming that I had to die so that she and Chris could finally be together. I took my phone out but she was gone. I called security and in a  shaky voice I told them what happened the told me to stay where I was.  They where on the way telling me to stay on the line. 

All of a sudden there was a loud crash, "OMG she is in the house" I said trough the phone line. "We are outside, we are almost there...." David said.  The woman came running towards me and I started running towards the front door.

I got pulled back by my hair resulting me to fall down. Just then the front door opened and a few men including David came running in tackling her down just when she was about to stab me.

David came over to me trying to get me out of there but in my panic I pushed him away. "Don't touch me!" I yelled and I started go in a full blown panic attack. I didn't even notice that the woman had been dragged out the house. Asher and Dodger came laying by me settling between me and David not letting anyone near me.

David crouched down in front of me. "Liv breath you're safe she is out off the house. You have to breath" he said in his deep calming voice. But i couldn't get calm my body took over going in to full panic mode. He tried to come closer but both Asher and Dodger started growling.

Davids phone rang, i couldn't hear what was said on the other side of the line but i could hear what he said.  "Good tell them to call for an ambulance to.... Olivia breath" he started to talk to me again. "I want Chris" I said between sobs. "I want Chris please"  I said and started to cry. I crawled back against the wall getting as far away as possible from all the people in the house now. 

Everything went by in a blur cops walked in followed by paramedics. One of the paramedics wanted to grab my wrist,  the dogs started growling again and i pulled away yelling "DON'T TOUCH ME!  please I just want Chris" I said crying. Asher crawled into my lap and Dodger sat in front of me

David crouched down beside me he was the only one the dogs would even allow close to me. "Chris is on his way sweetheart, he will be here as soon as possible he is on his way." I looked at David trough me tears. "You have to let them check you out. Think about your babies." David pleaded with me.
