It started at Christmas

Chapter 63

Olivia pov

I woke up having to pee, i tried to get up but every muscle in my body hurt. I looked at he clock and sighed it was only 4 in the afternoon I really didn't want to be here all night.

I tried to not wake Chris but as soon as I had slipped out of bed he was awake. "Everything okay baby do you need anything, can I get you anything. Do you need something to eat or drink."

"Chris" I yelled to shut him up as he kept rambling, "I just need to pee" I said smiling. "But you're cute when you are rambling. And something to eat would be nice. I haven't eaten today, and we are hungry."

"What do you want to eat baby?" he said pulling his phone out of his pocket. I thought for a moment, "a burger some fries with mayo and a chocolate milkshake" I said feeling my stomach rumbling by the thought of it.

He smiled, "ill call Seb and Mackie to bring some they are watching Dodger and Asher." Chris said typing away on his phone.  "Oh God" I yelled slapping my hand for my mouth. I forgot about the dogs and started to cry. Chris hugged me and rubbed my back "shhh baby they are okay. Mackie and Seb got them from the house and took them to Seb's place."  

"Now I really have to pee" I said when I pulled out his arms. He chuckled, "go, ill ask if Mackie and or  Seb can bring you something to eat."

Chris pov.

I called Seb. "Hey how is she doing?" Seb asks when he picked up. I sighed, "she has to stay over night" i said explaining why. "Damn" Seb said.

"The reason I am calling..." I started. "Liv hasn't eaten anything today and i don't wanna leave her alone. Do you guys mind picking up some burgers at her favorite burger place and bring some over. I would do it myself but again I don't wanna leave her alone."

"Yeah of course no problem." I let him know what Liv wanted. Liv came back from the toilet and she wrapped her arms around me putting her head on my chest. "Chris" she said in a small voice, "yes baby?"  She sight holding me tighter, "I dont want to stay here tonight." My heart broke again and if i could i had taken her home....well not home but somewhere other then the hospital but they needed to keep her and the babies under observation  "I know baby but the doctor wants to keep an eye on you tonight, lets get you back to bed." She let out a deep breath, but crawled back in bed. 

My phone went off again, it was the director but i declined the call. I didn't want to speak to any off them. The fact that they didn't bother to check if someones credentials where real had really pissed me of. They where responsible for hiring our assistants for the shoot and i always assumed that they check people out but apparently not. 

"Chris.... What happened on set with... god  i dont even know her name she wanted to kill me and i dont even know her name." I let out a deep breath and put my head in my hands. "When we start filming they hire assistants for us, you know to get us food and hold our phones as we are filming that kind of stuff. From the moment i arrived on set the assistant of my co-star was constantly hanging around me it was annoying so i told them and they gave her a warning. I was fine for a while, and then a few weeks ago i went home early because i was done filming because something technical wasn't working. Someone didn't know i was already gone so went looking for me but found her in my bed in the trailer naked...doing stuff.... They fired her on the spot, when i found out i was disgusted and had them replace the trailer i didn't want to be in there anymore....

"Then a few days ago when i arrived at the studio she came at me and i had to call security to take her away. I am so sorry baby i had no idea she would go to the house to get to you, i am so sorry i put you and our babies in danger." 

Liv crawled out of bed and into my lap. "Baby look at me" she said and i looked at her. She cupped my cheek with her hand and kissed me. "It is not your fault, should you have told me.... yes. Just promise me no more secrets. If we want this marriage to work then no more secrets, i dont care what it is or how bad it is just tell me so we can deal with things together. You shouldn't have gone trough that alone. Was that the reason you hated going to set the first few weeks?"

"Not the main reason but it didn't help" i said letting out a deep breath. "Why didn't you tell me?" she whispered. "I didn't wanna put that stress on you because of the babies. The doctor had said to keep everything as stress free as possible."  She was about to say something when there was a knock on the door. "Come in" she said not moving an inch. 

"We heard that someone was hungry?" Mackie said walking into the room holding a bag. She turned in my lap. "Oeh gimme gimme gimme" she said stretching out her arms making us laugh. Mackie gave her the bag. Seb put another bag next to us. "We brought you some food to," he said smiling. "Thanks" i said not really looking at either of them.  "So how are you feeling?" Seb asks Liv. 

"I am fine" she said grinning at him with a mouth full of food making us all laugh again. "Better now that i am fed" she smirked, "Thank you. How are the dogs?" she asked. "They are fine they where happy to get out off the house i think they didn't really like the chaos that was around them. They crashed on the couch as soon as we walked into my house."

"The police is still at the house?" Liv asked her mood dropping. "Yeah they need a day for collecting evidence" i said. She nodded, "so we cant even go home" she whispered. "I thought you had to stay a night in the hospital?" Mackie asked. I chuckled, "she doesn't want to stay... I said shaking my head. "I dont want to go to the house either" she whispered. "I know baby and you dont have to..." i said kissing her temple.

"You guys are going to stay with me for a while" Seb said smiling at Liv. "Nooo we cant we will be in the way. Besides you dont want a newlywed couple with 3 babies on the way in your house...."  Liv looked at me... "Dont worry sweetheart" i said kissing her temple again "it is only until we have found  a new home...."

The door opens and a nurse walks in "visiting hours are over" she says annoyed "you all have to leave." She says crossing her arms in front of her chest.  "Okay" Seb and Mackie say, "we will see you tomorrow Liv" and they hug her and leave. "You can leave to Mr Evans" she says looking at me "go home get some rest...." Liv looks at me panicked. "No babe please dont leave" Liv says and starts crying. "I am not leaving my wife here alone."   The nurse sighs,  "Mr Evans she needs her rest..."  Liv looks up at her, "He is not leaving"  Liv says still crying, "if he is leaving then so am i." she threatens. I crawl beside her in the bed comforting her. "You need to leave i say to the nurse, she has to stay calm you are not helping."   The nurse rolls her eyes, "Mr Evans i am sorry if i have upset you but it is hospital policy...."   "I dont care... she has been trough allot she is pregnant and scared i am not leaving."  I say looking at he determined.

The nurse turns around and without saying another word she leaves the room. "Shhhh its okay baby i am not leaving."   She releases her grip a bit and looks up at me. "Promise me..." she says "if you have to leave you take me with you..."   "I promise baby." 

She falls asleep in my arms and i just lay there scared to move because i dont wanna wake her up. Our doctor walks in and looks at Liv sleeping in my arms. "The nurse says you are being difficult..." he says smirking. "I am not leaving, Liv doesn't want to be alone she says if i leave i have to take her with me. The nurse was being rude, she didn't care that Liv went in full panic mode when they asked me to leave."  He shakes his head with a smirk, "I understand" the doctor said and wrote something down on her chart. "So now she cant make you leave" he said smiling, "prescription for husbands overnight stay." 

"Thanks doc." i say.  "No problem just keep a close eye on her and if you need anything call someone of the staff. I am leaving now if you need anything just give me a call." 

The doctor left and i scooted down a bit to get comfortable and i fell asleep.
