"Miss Briefs. I see you have been using Rescue again." Norman Osborn commented with a small and welcoming smile as Bulma approached him, doing her best to not look frantic.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I have been trying to break that habit." Bulma said, who was somehow looking just as presentable in a suit and tie as Norman.

"Like I said when we first met, I don't mind. I just don't get why you turned your hobby into a unique type of workout." Norman said.

"You won't believe me if I told you why I train so hard." Bulma said, a bit flustered by her own answer.

"Is it a boy?" Norman asked as Bulma gave him a surprised look.

"How-?" Bulma was about to asked.

"It's always a boy." Norman replied. This may have rung true for her, but the company she kept was a different matter. Goku/Venom and Launch/Pistole trained to get stronger and have fun, Yamcha and Krillin trained because they wanted to become better people, Wolverine did it only because he was bored, and Violet...well she didn't really know why Violet decided to train under Master Roshi. Maybe it was a mix of all three, but it certainly wasn't to earn a romantic partner. Violet would definitely try other tactic to get Bulma or any other man/woman in the same bed. So that's why Bulma wasn't expecting this statement.

"Yeah, you're right." Bulma admitted, looking for a way to change the topic. "How is Harry? I heard from my father he was around here somewhere."

"He is with Eighter taking a tour around Capsule Corporation. He is quite fascinated by everything, trying to determine if yours or Oscorp has the best technology." Norman said.

"And who do you think has the best technology?" Bulma asked.

"It depends on the field. Considering that Oscorp likes to focus on military science, we have higher advances in that department, although Capsule Corp is no slouch especially after buying up what remains of the Red Ribbon Army. Thank you for taking care of Commander Red and Charles Tarkin by the way. I heard from King Furry you took down the Red Ribbon Army and the Life Foundation alongside your friends." Norman congratulated.

"Ah, it was nothing. At least we are no longer at war with a hostile military force with Carlton Drake and the Life Foundation gone, though I would say that it's bad for business for Oscorp." Bulma stated.

"No not really." Norman said. "As a matter of fact, business is booming now than ever."

"What do you mean?" Bulma asked curiously.

"The Red Ribbon Army was a bit of an enigma. They had no clear boundaries and whatever territory they had was 'company owned.' We didn't find out they were a major threat until a day before you and your friends dismantled the organization. As for the situation concerning Latveria, that is a different story." Norman explained.

"Of course it is." Bulma said as she rolled her eyes, now knowing where this was going.

"Doctor Victor Von Doom has turned a small snowy hill nation with farmers and vineyards into a hostile developed country with a military and technology force that exceeds our own. King Furry's Secretary of Defense, Captain Stacy, has projected that within a year Latveria will be known as a superpower. That term has never been used in our history. Citizens and the World United Forces are scrambling for Oscorp and Capsule Corp tech because they know it will be the best way of safeguarding their lives when Doctor Doom decides to flex his muscles and expand Latveria's borders." Norman explained.

"I know, a lot of people have been listening to J. Jonah Jameson preach about how to take care of Victor." Bulma said.

"And I have also been doing some research on the dictator. Apparently, Doom is an alumni of West City University...and was involved with a certain girl." Norman said, something Bulma thought only her friends and family knew about.
