"Well, the gang is all here. Are you excited for the finals Launch?" The Tournament Announcer asked as the Z Fighters approached himself, Norman Osborn, and Harry Osborn. Right off the bat, Goku and Krillin could immediately tell that Harry was worse for wear, struggling to breathe and could barely stand. Venom could smell the stench of death already on him, feeling a wave of empathy for the boy.

"We sure are! It's about time for me to win this stupid tournament!" Launch declared as Yamcha took a bagel out of his pocket. It was apparent that Puar could not scavenge enough food for him earlier, so he had to sneak some in his stomach while both symbiotes were preoccupied.

"Oh by the way, has Tien shown up yet?" Violet asked as she glared at Wolverine from the corner of her eye. Wolverine not fazed at all, but he did take her behavior into consideration. Violet was one for her many jokes, and she definitely wasn't in a humorous mood.

"Actually yes. Tien and Chiaotzu actually showed up early today. They were in a pleasant enough mood that I almost saw a sincere smile on his face." The Tournament Announcer answered.

"Was Master Shen with them?" Master Roshi asked. Although he had a hopeful feeling about Tien, he wanted to confirm it wasn't false hope. If Master Shen were indeed with the two Crane School students, then it could have been a trap.

"No, I haven't seen that Shen guy since the qualifying rounds. He didn't seem all that friendly to be honest." The Tournament Announcer replied.

"Gee, I wonder what is taking Shenny so long? He must have had one hell of a night and found himself on Fisk's doorstep." The Green Goblin cackled in Norman's head.

"Are you okay Mr. Osborn?" Goku asked, noticing he seemed deeply troubled.

"A little worse for wear I'm afraid. Nothing compared to what Harry is going through." Norman said truthfully. That's all he wanted to discuss knowing that if he said anything more, the Green Goblin would possibly reveal himself. He didn't want that fate for his boy, and the Goblin didn't want to come out too soon either.

"Then we will pray to Kami that he will be okay. Miracles can happen after all." Krillin encouraged. In response to the bald monk's reply, Harry gave a tired smile.

"So what are we waiting for? Shouldn't you guys get ready?" Oolong asked.

"Yeah, for once you're right Oolong. It's time we show Tien who's da boss." Launch said.

"Celebratory Hayden Crywalker punch!" Pistole cried as a gooy yellow and blue hand shot out of Launch's body. What surprised everyone was that Yamcha was able to dodge it just in time.

"Way a go Yamcha!" Puar cheered.

"Hey, after four years of being friends with a symbiote, you didn't think I would see that coming." Yamcha said with a smirk. However, he immediately got the message when Launch glared at him and cocked her gun that she seemingly pulled out of nowhere.

"Right, I'll shut up now." Yamcha said, knowing an angry woman with a gun was far scarier than an extraterrestrial gooy warbeast.

"Let's get this started." Launch as she lead the march towards the tournament ring.

Meanwhile, inside the tournament ring...

Tien walked towards the outside entrance with Chiaotzu in tow. After his night with Daredevil, it was as if he weight has been lifted off his shoulders. The man who had once served Master Shen and Wilson Fisk faithfully was gone. It was time he made it up to the people who helped him see the light, starting with Launch.

"Bullseye." Came a voice down the hall as Fisk appeared before him. Tien ignored him as he walked past.

"Bullseye, pay attention when I speak with you." The Kingpin ordered, growing frustrated at Tien's behavior.
