Launch crawled into bed late at night, her mind of course focusing on what happened since they got to the restaurant. First it was her blowout with Bulma, then herself confessing that she loved Son Venom, and later reconciling with a drunken Bulma (though she knew they would undoubtedly be at each other's throats again by daylight). On top of that, there was the odd behavior of Goku/Venom after her confession. He acted more distance, which was understandable for him. The teenaged boy and his symbiote did not want to end up getting attached to someone they cared about in case they ending up dying like Grandpa Gohan did. It would be understandable if Venom wanted to keep someone at arm's length if they ending up in a romantic situation.

But still, to take out a million dollars or any money at all was extremely abnormal for him. Using a tenth of the prize money he won was absurd. She had no clue what he was going to do with the money nor did she see any reason for it other than to eat at some quiet mostly vacant restaurant in the city. Still, she felt that wasn't it either.

"You do realize he has been planning this?" Pistole said as her head slithered out of the covers to talk to Launch one on one.

"What do you mean?" Launch asked curiously.

"Do you remember the day when we stormed Hammer Industries and took down Hammer Bro?" Pistole asked.

"Yes, I remember us taking down Justin Hammer. We all played a part in bringing him to justice, especially Wolverine." Launch said.

"Then do you remember what happened before? Do you remember what we and our darling were doing while Little Miss Sunshine was planning the raid and forced Tepig and Happy to scope Hammer Industries out?" Pistole continued.

"We went to the bank to put the money in. No shit Sherlock, we were the one to teach Goku/Venom how to bank." Launch said.

"And remember the reason why he wanted to keep the money safe? What was his purpose for using it?" Pistole asked.

"He told us it was a secret. At the time it infuriated us since we didn't know what was going on in his cute naive brain of his through the hive mind. After a while, we just kind of accepted it since Mai/Vendetta did the same thing for the past half year. Still to this day, we don't even know what she, Pilaf, and Shu are up to." Launch answered.

"That means whatever Goku and Venom are up to now, they have been planning for a while now." Pistole said.

"Planning? Since when does that big lug plan? He reacts on impulse." Launch responded.

"We both know that our darling has a whole different side to him other than his happy go lucky self. For all you know, he is a better planner than Hayden Crywalker, Baldo Baggins, Tepig, and Happy combined." Pistole said.

"Okay, let's say you're right that Goku/Venom is some kind of master planner, hypothetically of course. If he was planning this...whatever he is doing, why now?" Launch asked.

"You tell me stupid. What happened to our darling recently." Pistole asked.

Launch looked down, knowing where her symbiote was going with this. Sure Harry Osborn's illness could have contributed, but the real kicker was Launch admitting that she loved him with the possible revelation that Bulma might have the same feelings for him. She had to admit, it would be very conflicting for someone who was new to love. Even Launch in her brief moment of indecision between Tien and Venom when she first encountered the triclops and his friend Chiaotzu found it very nerve-racking.

"Please don't tell me he is going to buy us or Bulma a house or something?" Launch groaned.

"Don't know, but we should get some sleep. It's going to be a big day tomorrow." Pistole said as Launch closed her eyes, allowing herself to drift off to sleep.
