Daredevil vs. The Kingpin

Kingpin stormed into his Papaya Island residence, startling Master Shen out of his seat. Vanessa didn't move, knowing where the raging storm was directed towards.

"Mister Fisk! I have news! I know who killed James Wesley!" Shen frantically said as he backed away, but Fisk wasn't having none of it as he flipped the chair from his path as it shattered against the wall.

"I am not interested in hearing any of your lies!" Fisk snarled as he grasped Shen by the collar and slammed him against the wall behind him, causing several cracks to appear. He didn't even notice Shen was already injured due to his time with the Green Goblin.

"But Mr. Fisk, please listen-ARCKKK!!!" Shen pleaded, but he couldn't say anymore since Fisk had tightened his grip around his throat.

"You're going to pay for what you did to Wesley." Fisk seethed with deadly intent.

"You're not going to kill him." Came a voice from the doorway. Recognizing the voice, Wilson and Vanessa turned to find Daredevil there at the doorway.

"And why should I spare him?" Fisk growled at his archnemesis.

"I can tell that he didn't come here to lie. So if you want to hear the truth, let him talk before the police arrive and take the two of you away. Otherwise, you won't get a chance to know what happened to Wesley." Daredevil said.

"So Mr. Murdock, you being here and with the police on their way, I assume you had gathered enough evidence to bring enough charges against me." Kingpin asked.

"Since Wesley's death, you had gotten sloppy enough to record and gather enough evidence for Nelson and Murdock to convict you. It's over Fisk." Daredevil said.

"Tell me, since you had mentioned the two of us, who is the second person you will be bringing to justice. Is it Master Shen or my dear Vanessa?" Fisk asked.

"Shen.....there wasn't enough evidence to bring you're wife to justice. Besides, I am still honoring our deal in not bring Vanessa in." Daredevil said.

"Good....now here is my counter offer. Since two of my enemies are in the same room, I will kill you first and squeeze the life out of Shen until I get the information I need out from him." Fisk said as he threw Shen across the room, Daredevil ducked just in time as he advanced towards Fisk. The two clashed, the contact from their fists causing a shockwave that shattered most of the fragile items and windows in the apartment. Vanessa calmly excused herself, knowing how destructive the battle would be.

"You had chosen poorly Fisk. Coming after me, right here right now isn't going to help your crisis." Daredevil said as he kicked Fisk in the gut. However, it didn't do much since Matt didn't have the right amount of momentum to stagger Fisk in that area.

"While that may be true, you are the main obstacle to most of my activities." Fisk said as he swung his massive fist in Matt's face. Despite Daredevil still being technically stronger than him, Fisk was still able to wack him backwards.

"Evaluating your risks and returns. Ever the ethical businessman." Daredevil said as he used the staggering effect to use a roundhouse kick to Fisk's face. While Fisk was able to remain on his feet, he was sent through the wall behind.

"I'm getting out of here." Shen said as he made a beeline for the door.

"DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE THIS ROOM!!!" The Kingpin boomed, furious about the Crane School's attempted departure. However, Matt was already on it as he threw one of his clubs to knock Shen into the couch Vanessa once sat in.

The Kingpin tried to make his way towards the stunned Shen, but Daredevil rolled towards his baton to retrieve it. Standing between the two evil men, Daredevil struck Fisk on the head several times with his two weapons.
