"Alright everyone! Are you ready for the first match of the qualifying rounds!?!?" The Tournament announcer shouted as the entire crowd erupted in cheers.

"I said ARE YOU READY!?!?!?" The Announcer shouted once again as the noise from the crowd grew even louder.

"Yes we know already." Launch growled as she, Pistole, and Son Venom winced in pain due to the noise.

"Do they really need to make this much noise?" Goku said, more hurt than angry.

"Stupid Johnny Cage Announcer." Venom and Pistole growled in unison as Yamcha made sure to distance himself from the symbiotes in case they decided lash out in their aggravation.

"What's this? Are the symbiotes sensitive to noise? If so this could prove useful." Bullseye smirked, though Tien did feel a bit of empathy for Launch. Part of him was even thinking of not using this weakness against the symbiotes.

"Tien better not think of hurting Venom and Goku right now. Otherwise I am going to Uni-Beam him into the ground." Said a territorial Rescue.

"You should be focusing on Wolverine and Daredevil returning to see if they dealt with Killgrave. I don't see Logan with Master Roshi, Baba, and the others which means they haven't returned." Jarvis stated, scanning through the crowd. "But since it will make you feel better, I am monitoring Chiaotzu's movements and looking for any sign of Master Shen in case either one of them tries anything funny."

"Good, now monitor Launch in case she tries something funny too." Rescue demanded.

"You mean if she snuggles up with Venom. How dastardly." Jarvis teased.

"JUST DO IF I SAY!!!" Bulma yelled frantically.

"First off we have an old yet still very young favorite with us today! In the last Tournament, this monk managed to defeat the gross Bacterian, whose stench could knock out an elephant. However, he lost in an honorable fight against his own master, the legendary Turtle Hermit Roshi! Can we see him triumphant in the ring this time?! We will soon find out! Give it up for Krillin!" The Tournament Announcer shouted.

Krillin walked up onto the stage, his fear for hurting Violet in such a cruel way unable to break through his blank expression. Roshi could sense the turmoil and pain radiating from his student. In a setting like this, there was nothing he could do to help him.

"That bad?" Turtle asked.

"I'm afraid so." Roshi responded.

"Poor kid, how is this Killgrave guy forcing Krillin to do this?" Oolong asked.

"I just hope Wolverine and that Daredevil guy are able to stop him in time." Puar said.

"Only time will tell." Baba said.

"Next up we have a newcomer to this Tournament! A while ago, she was a high ranking officer in the Red Ribbon Army. Now, she stands proudly as one of Master Roshi's Turtle Hermit School looking to turn over a new leaf. Mischievous, unpredictable, and the mistress of mayhem, give it up for Violet Killgrave!" The Tournament Announcer shouted as Violet stepped onstage.

"YEAH!!! GO VIOLET!!!" Ranfan cheered, the only one not a member of the Z Fighters who was cheering instead of booing.

Violet stepped on stage with an uneasy expression on her face. All of her friends could tell how much turmoil she was going through since she would normally drink up all the hate. She took center stage with her head down, waiting for the inevitable. Hopefully she wouldn't have to use her secret power to force Krillin off the ring.

"Kami damn it. I wish I could help her." Rescue said.

"There is nothing you can do Bulma. This is a tournament setting, they have rules against interfering for a reason." Jarvis reminded.
