"Master Roshi. Looks like we are done." Yamcha said. He and Violet were breathing heavy as they finally completed Master Roshi's training for the day. Both were sporting the Turtle Hermit Gi, though Violet's had ordered a size too small to show off her abs to any man and/or woman who walked by.
"Yeah, it's time for some relaxation. Give me the mags, it's my turn to read." Violet demanded, noticing throughout her training that Roshi and Oolong were reading the latest set of Gingertown Suckers.
"You snooze you loose cupcake." Oolong said, taunting Violet.
"WHAT!? Me and Yamcha have been working hard, unlike you and Wolverine!!! Why can't I have a peek!!!" Violet bellyached, angry she wasn't able to beat off properly.
"Actually, Wolverine completed his daily training before sunrise." Roshi informed.
"Yeah, I saw him come home around 4am last night. It even surprised Turtle." Puar informed.
"Yeah, I seriously that doubt that." Yamcha said in a cocky manner.
"It's true, he told me himself. Why doubt me Yamcha?" Puar asked her best friend.
"Oh, uh I didn't mean what I said Puar. Honest. I just was doubting what Wolverine said to you." Yamcha said, not wanting to hurt Puar's feelings.
"I never doubted you Puar. Logan always liked getting all his chores done before morning's light so he could rest and not have to deal with people. It's in his nature." Violet said. "Boy we had some fun nights when we were a couple."
"Anyways, let's head back to Kame House. We appear to have a special guess." Roshi said as he lead the group inside.
"Special guest? Who could it be?" Yamcha asked as they all entered Kami House, but soon got his answer.
"Hello! Everyone!" Krillin said as he got up from the couch, ready to greet everyone else after talking to Wolverine and Turtle.
"Hey everyone, Krillin is back!" Said a very happy Turtle.
"Yeah, your friend is back." Said a very disinterested Wolverine as he sat back and sipped from a glass of beer, his head and eyes not moving from the television. The channel had a sports program on and not the usual 'Roshi' type of channel.
"KRILLIN!!!" Yamcha, Oolong, and Puar yelled with joy.
"HOBBIT!!!! BALDO BAGGINS!!!" Violet greeted, using Venom's and Pistole's nicknames to immediately get under her friend's skin.
"PUNCHLINE!!!!" Krillin shouted back, sending back the same treatment all the while Roshi attempted to walk to the remote controller and change the television to the adult channel. Of course, the old martial artist jumped back when Wolverine causally lifted his fist and extended his metal claws, giving off a warning not to disturb him.
"Punchline? Wait, do you have a symbiote?" Violet asked curiously.
"No. Do you?" Krillin asked, equally as curious.
"What no, of course not. I guess I am not used to you having a good comedic comeback that's all." Violet stated.
"Yeah, Krillin hasn't been sassy for quite a while." Turtle said.
"Wait, a while? You mean he had a sassy personality once upon a time?" Puar asked.
"Indeed he did, when Krillin first came to Kame House to train, Krillin was quite the arrogant boy, full of himself beyond measure." Roshi said.
"I think they get the picture Master Roshi." An embarrassed Krillin commented, wanting for Master Roshi's rambling about his past to stop.
"When myself and Goku first met him, Krillin had immediately looked down on the poor kid. However, after getting to know Goku and realizing that Venom could beat him down at anytime, Krillin soon became a kind hearted humble person." Roshi concluded.
