"Looks like you are the winner Launch. You did a great job." Venom congratulated as the blonde rested on his chest on the outer grass of the broken ring. All around them the crowd was cheering their names, excited about the outcome....except for Bulma that is.
"No....we won." Launch/Pistole said as she got up and helped pick Venom off the floor. Of course, Venom and Goku could tell that Launch was including himself too.
"I can't believe it....Launch won. How?" Said the shocked Bulma.
"Well Bulma, you can't win them all." Violet said as she patted Bulma's back to ease her pain.
"I did estimate a fifty fifty chance of either symbiote winning. Venom may be strong, but he is not invincible." Jarvis reminded, but Bulma was too shocked to even acknowledge her AI's voice coming from the Rescue suit.
"Well look at it this way, if this was an all out brawl and not a tournament setting, Venom had Launch dead to rights." Yamcha pointed out.
"That is one of the wisest things you might have ever said Yamcha." Krillin admitted.
"Well, looks like your girlfriend won Tien." Chiaotzu stated.
"What?! She is not my girlfriend." Responded the blushing Tien.
"Clearly." Chiaotzu stated as the pair of Crane School students watched the two symbiotes embrace each other for a hug. Tien's hand morphed into a balled fist.
"Let's go. We need to report this to Master Shen and Mr. Fisk." Bullseye said as the pair flew away. Unseen, Daredevil followed them, having faith that his plan would work.
"Good luck trying to contact your snake of a master." The Green Goblin snickered as Norman and Harry Osborn joined the Tournament Announcer to greet the winner.
"Well done you two. You certainly made the Turtle Hermit School proud." Master Roshi said as he, accompanied by Wolverine, Oolong, Puar, and Turtle came over to the greet the pair. Feeling that it wasn't her place, Ranfan had went back to her motel but not before giving Wolverine her digits.
"Thank you Dumbleperv." Pistole said as Launch hugged Venom's arm. Venom and Goku honestly didn't know what to do with this and just stood there.
"This match definitely helped us in more ways than one." Launch said.
"How so?" Goku asked.
"You will find out in a year or two." Launch said as she patted the symbiote's shoulder.
"Wow, that was one impressive match." Krillin said as the rest of the fighters came down from the roof.
"So Launch, it looks you are facing Tien in tomorrow's match." Yamcha pointed out.
"Take it from us, Tien isn't going to be a walk in the park. Then again, I am sure Venom wasn't either." Violet said.
"Yeah, I couldn't agree more." Launch responded with a bit of pride in herself and her big lug.
"We will win against the Drei Renta Machoke. Don't worry about." Pistole said.
"We agree with our daughter. You are very much capable of beating Tri-Kano." Venom reassured which Launch responded with a sweet smile.
"Awwww, thanks ya big lug." Launch said as she playfully punched Venom's arm.
"Ahem." Bulma said as everyone turned towards her.
"Did you enjoy the match Grandpa Stealer?" Venom asked.
"Yeah, sure did." Bulma said, hiding her true feelings about the match.
