Ranboo walked up to the van, stepping in as Wilbur held open the door. Work started up again tomorrow so the two were set on getting their new, surprise item ready for customers.

'Ice cream,' Wilbur hummed to himself. 'The customers are going to love this.'

As expected, Tina and Tommy showed up minutes later. So Ranboo and Wilbur stood near the oven while Tommy and Tina leaned against the wall on the other side of the van, ready for whatever 'special announcement' brought them here.

"We're adding a new item to the menu," Ranboo finally announced after a while of the unnecessary build-up of suspension that Tommy couldn't stand. This and that, but Tommy just wanted to know what was so 'special'.

"Well, what is it?" He asked, arms crossed and a curious look on his face. Tina asked the same question, seeming just as interested.

Ranboo tilted his head with a proud grin on his face, "Ice cream."

But Tommy and Tina both said something along the lines of, "I've never actually had ice cream." Which made both Ranboo and Wilbur gasp in disbelief and then sigh in disappointment.

"Don't worry," Wilbur stepped to the small freezer they had. "We'll fix that issue."

Tina and Tommy eyed each other, the same look in their eyes.

"It better not be complete shit," Tommy said with a huff. "Otherwise I'm suing."

"I don't think you can, Tommy." Wilbur laughed, bending to bring out the contents. "Ranboo made it by the way." Tommy scrunched his face at that. "What- ew. Isn't it made out of milk? Wait- Ranboo you didn't- Oh no! That's gross."

"No, Tommy. God, not at all," Ranboo responded with a similar face to Tommy's. "God no. What the heck man it's just ice cream."

"Which Tina and I have never had before." Tommy eyed the container as Wilbur served four cups. "How are we supposed to know whether this is edible or not? Or what's even in it?"

"Stop it, Toms," Wilbur said as he shoved a cup towards him. "It's really good, trust me. I had some."

"Oh my, there's chocolate on top." Tommy smiled at the drizzle of chocolate. "Don't mind if I just devour this then?" Wilbur shrugged and handed a cup to Tina, "I mean, it's your ice cream man."

Tina put a pause to her side conversation with Ranboo to take a bit, nodding as she took another. "This is a great addition to the menu. Ice cream is delicious."

"Holy shit it really is," Tommy added in agreement. Wilbur rolled his eyes in return, "Everyone is going to love Ranboo's ice cream. If they don't they're lying to themselves."

The whole of them were laughing now, sitting around the van, and having a great time. Making Wilbur pause and realise how great this is. He's got coworkers- no, he's got friends. And he loves it. He's so incredibly grateful for it- for this. Now he's believing himself that he's changed and that feeling's great too.

'Having a group of friends to laugh and work with while believing that you've actually changed like you tell everyone- it's a wonderful feeling.'

So Wilbur doesn't have trouble falling asleep for the first time in a while and the next day rolls around quickly. When he wakes up feeling energised and rested compared to other days, he thanks his amazing friendship for it. Then when the Ranvan is getting a line of excited customers, ready to pay for the new item, he thanks his amazing friendship for it- specifically Ranboo though. 'Man's a hilarious, loveable genius.'

And he's currently making burgers with Tina, while Tommy and Wilbur talk as they lean against a counter. The day of work is over, they're all having dinner together. And again, Wilbur can't help but smile at the feeling of having such wonderful friends.
