We slept in till 12 that afternoon, surprisingly neither of us were hungover. He had plans later that night so I decided to head back home.

I was so happy that "heading home" meant only a 20 minute drive now.

As the days went by we hung out constantly, we were barely ever apart, we went on so many dates, more dates than I had ever been on even in a 2 year relationship. Before I knew it valentines was right around the corner and to say I was excited was an understatement.

Most valentines I spent in the past involved staying at home or not even seeing my significant other, so I was excited for whatever he hopefully has planned.

I guess instead of assuming I should probably actually text him about our plans though...

"Hey baby! So...valentines is coming up and I was wondering if you wanted to go out and do something fun? Unless you think that's a stupid idea, we don't have to do anything if you don't want to!" I sent him.

I only brought up his view on it being possibly stupid because my ex thought valentines was a dumb idea, therefor we didn't do anything special.

"Hey babe! No, I don't think it's stupid, I would love to do something with you! If you'd like we can even hang out the day before too then stay the night.

"

"Okay awesome! I'm super excited now:) And really?? Yes please, I'd love to!" I sent while my cheeks were flushed like a rose.

"I was thinking I could take you out for a nice dinner then maybe go for a walk after??" He suggested.

"That'd be perfect actually! Exactly what I was hoping for:)"

"Okay awesome, I'll start looking for places to go to, baby."

I'm not the kind of girl that needs chocolates and flowers to make valentines special. You could take me out for a picnic and snacks and I'd be the happiest person alive. It's the little things in relationships that mean the most to me.

February 12th

I was so excited to see my baby tomorrow, then spend an amazing night with him afterwards. I spent most of today drawing and writing some more of my book. I loved writing because it was one of the few things that flushed my mind from all the shit going on in my life and let me escape from reality even for just a moment. It was my true escape.

It was 8 pm now and I decided to make some late night soup for dinner.

I know I'm going to see him tomorrow but it's taking everything in me to not drive down there right now...

"Hey love, what're you up to?" I sent.

"Hey, not too much! Just finished watching a movie and having dinner with the family."

"Ooo, very nice:) what did you guys have for dinner?"

"Oh we just ordered tofu bowls from a restaurant down the street."

"Oh yummy! Soooo...baby...I know you're enjoying your time with the family and I'm literally going to see you tomorrow, but would it be okay if I came over tonight for a sleepover :)" I said shyly, hoping I wasn't starting to come off clingy, I just can't help wanting to constantly be around him.

'Yes you can:) You can head out in 20 minutes!"

After getting up and doing my little happy dance, I packed some clothes for tomorrow, watched some youtube to fill time, then headed to Andrews.

I gave him the biggest hug when he opened that door. I like to think I'm obsessed with my boyfriend in a healthy way...

We went down to his room and I saw he was in the middle of a game with his online friends.

"Oh sorry...I was just gaming for a bit before bed." He said with a straight face, probably assuming I would force him off of his game.

"No no go ahead! I came uninvited really, I'll just watch some Netflix on my ipad and you can do your thing."

He gave me a big smile and his eyes lit up.

"Thanks baby...no one ever just sits with me while I game. I really enjoy your company I hope you know that."

"Oh ya, I could kind of tell;)"

I ended up falling asleep 40 minutes into watching my show but I was awoken by Andrews arms wrapping around me and gently kissing my forehead as he climbed into bed with me. The absolute best way to wake up.

"Oh sorry to wake you baby, I was trying to be quiet."

"That's okay, I missed your face already so it was a happy surprise." I replied in a groggy, half asleep tone.
