"So, he flirts with you, scolds you, orders you around, and then threatens you again, all in the span of 10 minutes?"

"Tae, you're not getting the bigger picture here, no matter what method he's trying to use to seduce me or get back at me; whatever evil plan he's trying come up with, I refuse to move."

"Hmm..." Jin said in his own world while looking down at Yoongi's itinerary that just got passed out.

Their best friend was finally back to work after taking a 2-day sick leave. No one really knew what happened to him or where he's been, but he showed up this morning bright eyed and bushy tailed, just his regular normal kind self with no explanation.

They had just assumed he would call them or tell them when he was ready. Jin hyung has always been like that. Were they worried? Absolutely! Hyung has NEVER acted this way before. But when he walked through the lobby and stepped off the elevator in his cheery high maintenance self, no one talked about what happened. Not a single apology was uttered. They just pretended like nothing happened at the cafe, and that they didn't betray their dear friend by shoving Sehun in his face. He showed up to work this morning and acted like all was right with the world.

"I wonder what he wants to talk about. Also, why am I involved?"

"It's obvious, isn't it?" Tae continued, "he just acquired this company and the whole building, of course it's to get to know his staff better. He probably wants to know the ins and outs of how we work together, what we've been up to the last year! Who is qualified and who is not."

"There's like a whole day schedule planned out here. He's even meeting with that cash and check place downstairs with the co-owner after lunch."

"What!" Jin exclaimed! "Joon is going to be here too?"

Tae and Jimin looked at each other shocked. "Joon?" They replied in unison.

"Hyung, you call your boss by his name with no formalities?" Tae was surprised.

"Oh, uh, yeah," he said scratching the back of his head embarrassed. "Um...he said sir was too formal and he felt weird 'cause I was older or something."

Whatever bullshit Jin came up with seemed to work 'cause they no longer question his mishap. 'Geez, Seokjin, get a hold of yourself.'

"Your boss sounds amazing, hyung," Jimin continued, not finding his friends' behavior weird. "The devil would never let us address him like that, let alone get away with that kind of behavior!"

"Jimin, he practically lets you get away with murder!" Tae scoffed as Jin was still looking down at the schedule again, his cheeks and ears were still blushing red.

"What the hell are you spewing on about?"

"Jimin, you have cussed him out, insulted him, addressed him by name with no honorifics or formality, you have spilled paint on him, gave him an allergic reaction that sent him to the hospital, seen him naked, threw up on him, thrown I don't know how many tantrums, refused to move out of his house, and this is all in a span of just a few short days. And yet, here you are, still alive and well, still kickin' to tell the tale. You might be walking a fine line with all the kicking and screaming, but you're still here hyung. There is not a single person on earth who could get away with the bullshit you have been able to. Not only have you been able to keep your job, but you got promoted as well. If there was ever a time a boss was playing favorites, it's now!"
