"Yoongi baby, you're going to fall—"
"Come here." And he listened to those laughs. Laughs that had his wife smiling with each step they took further into their home. Able to feel the way his hands kept themselves pressed upon her waist as Ming continued to giggle. Swearing that she had never felt so much love for another person. Another person she'd end up doing absolutely anything for."I've had to keep myself from touching you all night—"
"You're drunk, baby—"
"No I'm not." He watched as she laughed furthermore. Carrying enough adoration in her gaze to make Yoongi swear he was the luckiest man alive. Having never been looked at that way by anyone else but her. Even if he had his faults. Doing things to people that would make others completely disgusted by the man, despite it being all he ever saw and knew. Yet Ming had accepted him. Had made him feel normal. Had made him feel like a human being.
And with a smile, the man connected their lips. Walking them further and further back before being met with their bed. All while Ming herself felt that mattress come in contact with her skin. Making the girl immediately stop the man who watched as she whispered out that quiet I got something for you, baby, only to slowly move from underneath the man. The same man who kept his gaze held on her frame. Able to see the way she moved to their closet, only to come back out with a single, tiny bag. Causing his expression to falter almost instantly as she did so.
"Kitten—"
"Open it." She couldn't help but showcase that excitement. Excitement that had the man doing exactly as told, in which Yoongi took that single seat at the edge of their bed. Pulling out the tissue paper as he did so, only to pull out that single box lying inside the thing itself. Revealing a pair of tickets that had him meeting her eyes ever so heavily. So, so heavily.
"Ming—"
"You said you always wanted to go back to see her, baby. And it's not that far." She let her hand fall upon his own. Having grabbed the thing in such a way that had Yoongi's eyes wanting to spring with tears. Because the woman was so different. Providing him a sort of happiness he never thought he'd get to experience in life.
"You deserve to finally say goodbye to her, baby—"
"I love you." He couldn't. Couldn't stop himself from holding those tears in his eyes. Tears he didn't know whether or not were from being drunk or from that endless pounding of his heart as Ming immediately took hold of his face with that quiet aww, Yoongi. Followed by that playful pout that had him willing to kill anyone for the girl. The same girl who'd allow him to escape that reality of his life each time he'd be with her. Because the girl was his happiness. Was what kept him getting out of bed each morning. Having been given those single tickets for a train ride to his hometown. His same hometown where his parents had been killed. His same hometown that held that single memorial for them both that he had never gotten the chance to actually see. Because the man had left. Had left and had further grew his status. Knowing that he couldn't. Couldn't allow himself time to ever sit back and feel.
"Don't cry, baby, or you're going to make me cry." And that was all it took. Took for him to release that laughter so deep. Holding pain all too subtle within it as he did so. Because the man couldn't believe. Believe someone had actually grown to love him.
"You know I'm drunk, kitten—"
"Oh now you're drunk—"
"Yes." And just like that, he had their lips connected. Able to feel the girls smiles that had his heart aching ever so softly. Having earned that giggled happy birthday, suga bear, only to make the man instantly flip her body over onto the bed. Feeling every single laugh and smile that met with his lips from the one girl he'd always make sure other men knew was his. Completely uncaring to kill or beat the living shit out of someone to prove it. Because the man was insane. Was insane yet had found someone who saw him as normal.
