Necklace in hand, the man continued to wait. Wait to hear that front door of his home open. Wait for his calls to be answered by his child. Continuing to check the clock next to his bed, only to notice how late it was getting as he looked down at that single piece of jewelry he had given her all those years ago. Unable to remember the last time he had seen the woman without it, even if right now it was captive in his grasp. Having been ripped off by the girl. The same girl he couldn't believe he had let himself lose all over again.

And he watched a single tear meet with his hand. Feeling as though he was nothing more than pathetic. Completely ruining all he loved and cared for within a blink of an eye. The man was his own enemy.

"I need you to come home, YeJun-ah—please." He held his phone up to his ear. Being met with those same voicemails she had, even if he had no clue the girl had found the boy. The same boy who had rejected the woman. The same boy who had left her yet again. Causing the woman to feel heartache she never thought could be so painful. As painful as overhearing the fact that her husband had cheated on her as Yoongi got to his feet. Placing that necklace that held his initial on it, upon his nightstand while doing so, only to move to grab his keys. Unable to continue waiting on his child who he knew. Knew would never look at him the same way again.

So, he left. Left his home. Left the one place his family and him had made so many memories within, only to begin driving. Having simply parked somewhere random, in which he got out on those feet so heavy. Walking in that manner so desperately impatient as he searched every place he could possibly think of, only to run into him outside. It being the one man who didn't expect to see him. And the one man who had no clue that his child was nowhere to be heard or found.

"J-Junsu." He never thought he'd be so relieved to see the man. Not having called any of the boys to help him. Because he couldn't. Couldn't admit how pitiful his life currently was as he caught sight of the man standing outside of a bar. The same bar Yoongi didn't know that he was inside of.

"Yoongi—"

"H-Have you seen or heard from YeJun?" There was no denying the amount of tears captive in the man's eyes. Pairing with that slight panic within his expression that had the man looking at him with that gaze so confused. Even if it was then that he came out. Causing every inch of Yoongi's body to fall numb as he did so. Because it was Ming's brother who came following the man outside. And it was Ming's brother who Yoongi had no clue was still alive. She never said a word about the man.

"Long time no see, huh?" And never before had tension filled the air so quickly. Even if SeJun already had his fist coming across the man's face the minute a smirk could do so much as lace his lips. Causing Junsu himself to try and interfere almost instantly, despite that immediate hold SeJun took of the man's collar. Unable to deny how good it felt. Felt to plow his fist across the man's face. Felt to confront him after so many years.

"S-SeJun—"

"Don't tell me you didn't miss me, Yoongi-ah. . ." SeJun could feel that pure boiling of his blood. Having shoved the man into that wall of the building, in which he laughed that laugh so mockingly. Realizing why it truly had been worth it. Worth staying quiet. Worth being known as dead for so long.

"S-SeJun please—"

"You go cheat on my fucking sister—"

"SeJun—"

"And you really think I give a fuck about what happens to you—"

"SeJun-ah." It was Junsu who shoved the man from off of him. Looking at the man with that gaze deadly enough to make one sick as he pushed the man back all over again. Earning that clenching of SeJun's jaw almost instantly. Because it was hitting him. The fact that he was standing in front of the one man he had been waiting on for so long.
