"Donnie, it's hard to believe you actually traveled through time like that"April said.

They were in Donnie's room. Well talking through Donnie's computer. "I know, April. It's wild, isn't it? But it really was the year 1406, and we were there. All because of the Time Scepter" Donnie said. "Well, anything's possible. I think Uncle Augie's artifact taught me that"April said. 

"I know. I was going over some of your uncle's calculations and--"Donnie said and there is a rumbling noise and the ground starts shaking. "I think we're having an earthquake!" he said. "Nothing's happening over here—"April said. 

Static interrupts the transmission and then sparks fly. Donnie leaps backward out of his chair as several monitors burst and a small fire breaks out. Waves form in the tidal pool and then strange green energy pushes its way up from the water.

"Master Splinter, what's going on?"Leo said. "We've seen that kind of energy before...And it is not Alison" Donnie said. From the green, glowing circle, a figure falls and unfurls its wings. "Drako, "Splinter said.

"And the Daimyo's son. This is what we told you about, Master Splinter, they merged somehow, combined together" Leo said. "All into one ugly package!"Raph said. "We told you we would return! We told you we would have our revenge!"Ultimate Draco said.

"Revenge this, wack bag!"Raph said. He leaps at the intruder. The Ultimate Drako freezes him in mid-air and then grabs Raph with his tail before flinging him against a support post. Alison ran toward him and healed him slowly.

"As if you could simply fight us! We control time and space with Simultaneous's Time Scepter! We are unbeatable!"Ultimate Drako said. "Someone, quick, grab the – Aah!"Donnie said. All of them leap for the Ultimate Drako. He quickly freezes all six of them.

"Now we will have our vengeance!"Ultimate Drako said. "Leonardo! Destroy him first!"The ultimate ninja said. "No! We agreed, the rat first, then the Daimyo, your father"Drako said. "Then Leonardo!"Ultimate Ninja said and Alison groaned.

"For a villain, you guys are really bad at planning," Alison said. "They will all pay, all of them!"Drako said. "Yes, all of them will learn the meaning of suffering beyond time and space!"Ultimate Drako said.

The Ultimate Drako waves the Time Scepter and there was a bright flash. The next thing he knows, he is hitting the ground hard and sending up a cloud of dust. "Aah!"Donnie said. He leaps to his feet and spins his bo-staff, taking up a defensive posture. 

Then he notices his surroundings. "Huh?" he said. The lair has been destroyed. "Master Splinter? Master Splinter? Alison? Leo? Raph? Mikey? Anybody?"Donnie said. "Donnie?" said a voice. He look and saw it was Alison. "Hey...are you okay?" he said. 

"I think so...Where the heck are we?"She said. He pushes down a door and enters the remains of the warehouse that sits above their lair. "The entire lair is trashed, even the warehouse, "Alsion said. He stops next to a vehicle. 

"Huh? The Tunnler still looks like it's in one piece, but this place feels like it's been abandoned for a long time. None of this makes any sense" Donnie said. They step outside to see unfamiliar surroundings. Suddenly there is the sound of an approaching helicopter and they look up. 

They are hit by a searchlight and a man's voice sounds over a public address system. "Attention, citizen!"A man in the helicopter said. An armored vehicle stops in front of Donnie and Alison and armed men get out. 

"Place your hands in the air and drop your weapons! Repeat! Hands up and drop your weapons!" he said. Donnie places his hands in the air and several armed men approach him. Their insignia is that of the Foot clan and they are a segment known as the Foot police.
