The People's Choice

The episode begins with a view of an old sawmill deep in the woods of Northampton. 

Nearby is the turtles' campsite. They are setting out their bedrolls around a roaring campfire. They look up and saw Alison in her fury form, training with Pele. "Ahh, just look at this place. They don't build turn-of-the-century sawmills like this anymore" Donnie said. 

"Probably because it's not the turn of the century anymore," Mikey said. "Let's stow our stuff and go exploring, "Raph said. "You coming, Leo?"Mikey said. Leo is still sitting on a log, his back turned to his brothers. He doesn't respond. 

"Aw, leave him. He doesn't wanna play, he doesn't wanna play..."Raph said then look at Alison. "Hey Alison, wanna come?"He yells. Alison transforms back and looks at Pele with a smile. She nodded and Alison ran toward him. They enter the sawmill. "Cool!"Donnie said. 

"Race you guys to the top!"Mikey said. "Ha, ha, we'll give you a head start since you just got your legs busted, "Raph said. "Thanks, but I don't need it. See ya'!"Mikey said. All four leap upwards. At the Jones Farmhouse, Casey, April, and Splinter sit together on the porch swing.

"Such a beautiful night out, guys," April said. "Sure is, April. Hey, uh, Master Splinter, isn't it time for your bedtime meditation or something?"Casey said. "No, I—"Splinter said then Casey gestured with his head and clears his throat. 

"Oh, yes. I did not realize how late it was; past my bedtime, in fact, "Splinter said. "Night, Sensei," April said. "Good night," Splinter said as he walk off. Casey yawns and stretches his arms overhead, before placing an arm on the swing behind April. 

She notices and turns to lean into him. They kiss. A shooting 'star' goes past, but neither see it. A lone figure stands atop the sawmill roof, looking into the distance. "Hey there, Leo," Alison said. He look back and saw Alison. "Hey...I see you came in second" He said. 

She giggles then he touches her face. She looks shocked but closes her eyes with a smile. Leo took it as a sign. He leans in but quickly pulls away when Michelangelo pops out of the hole in the roof. "Heh, heh, I win! Hey!" he said as he see them. "How did you...?" he said. 

"Well, looks like our silent partner decided to join us," Raph said, glaring at Leo. "Look! A shooting star"Alison said as she point to the sky. Raph and Leo smile as Alison clap her hand softly. "Awesome" Mikey said then the star turned. 

"Whoa! It turned? That would indicate it's not a shooting star, but some kind of piloted mechanism" Donnie said. The mechanism comes straight at them. "Who cares, Donny? Run!" Mikey said. They reach the edge of the roof before the mechanism hits the sawmill and sends them flying into the water. 

The mechanism splashes into the water as well. The turtles pop up from the water. Alison pops out in a bubble. "I'm alive!"Mikey said. They climb onto the shore. "What the shell was that?" he said. Something that is underwater coming toward them.

"Well, Mr. Big Mouth, I think we're gonna find out," Raph said. The turtles pull their weapons and then stand ready as a giant robotic mechanism walks out of the water. It speaks to them in an unknown language. "Okay, who wishes on a big robot?"Alison said. 

"Hold it right there, sparky"Raph said. "Hey, guys, maybe it's friendly," Donnie said. "Donny could be right. Let me try something" Mikey said and walks up to it. "Klaatu verata nikto"The robot said. As soon as he finishes those words, the robot swings an arm around. 

It aims a laser weapon at them. It powers up but Leo rushes forward and slices half of the arm off. It punches at him with the other arm and he leaps aside. Raph runs towards the robot and jumps onto it, piercing it with his sais. Sparks fly as Leo starts slicing it again.
