The episode begins in Alison's mansion. 

She was washing the dishes with a servant who look scared. "Are you sure?"The maid said. "I am sure, Maria. Take a day off tomorrow. Go home to your family" Alison said as she dry her hands. "Thank you. You are much nicer than our old mistress" Maria said.

"It's nothing. Make sure you tell the other" She said. Maria nodded and ran off. Alison sighed as she prepare to boil some water. She saw a framed picture of her aunt on the table and she snap her finger. It turns into ashes. She really needs to destroy everything that her aunt owns.

Someone knock. She opens it, finding the turtles there. "Hey, guys," Alison said. The turtle blushed. "Um...what are you wearing?"Raph said. "My PJ? What? You never seen a nightgown before?"Alison said then blush. "Oh right..."She said then pull on her robe.

"Sorry, Alison, but we're on our way to a possible mutant outbreak at the power plant and—"Leo said. He's interrupted when Donatello sneezes. Donnie leans against the doorframe, looking weak and with dark bags under his eyes.

"Whoa. Don, you look greener than usual. A lot greener than usual"Alison said. She touches his face. "You poor thing"She coon. She steps back so that Donnie can enter. "I know, I--"Donnie said. He blows his nose. 

"I picked up this little bug and I haven't been able to shake it," he said then blows his nose again. "I was feeling all right, but I just can't handle mutants right now," Donnie said. "Did you figure that out before or after you barfed in the Battle shell?" Mikey said.

"Mikey!"Raph said. He baps Michelangelo on the back of the head. "Ow!"Mikey said. "Adults are talking. Alison, can you keep an eye on Donny for us?"Raph said. "Achoo!"Donnie said. "Of course, Don can stay here. Place him on a chair. I pour some tea for him!"Alison said as she ran. 

"Dam...She looks good like that"Raph whispered to Leo. "Raph," Leo said, glaring at him. "What? I know you are thinking the same thing...I bet you love seeing her like this" He said and Leo blushed. They lead him to a chair. Alison brought a cup of tea. 

She place it in front of Donnie and then took a seat. "You guys have been on monster patrol for weeks. What's the plan, clean up all the mutants in Manhattan?"Alison joke. "Well, no. This outbreak is way more than four turtles can handle. We're just trying to keep it from spreading. We would ask you but..."Leo said. 

"Yeah. I need to catch up on some schoolwork. Well, go get 'em guys and kick some butt for me. I will watch Don" Alison said. "Donny, take it, easy bro," Leo said. The other turtles depart. "Good lu-uh-uh-achoo! Achoo!"Donnie said. Alison giggles and then look at Donnie. 

"Meanwhile, you can rest on the couch," Alison said. He nods then Alison helps him. She looks around and then took out a blanket. "Here. Now don't move and relax. I will go and cook some soup for you" Alison said. She kisses his forehead and then walks off. Donnie blush and hide in his blanket.

At the power plant, several mutated creatures are attacking the building as well as terrorizing the workers. 

The new Battle Shell arrives and screeches to a stop. The three turtles jump out, all wearing their mutant trapper gear. "Okay, Mikey, you take the left. Don, you cover me on—"Leo said. "Uh, Don's home sick from school today, Leo," Mikey said. 

"Right. Raph, you cover me on the right. And remember guys, just contain them. Do not splatter them"Leo said. "We know the drill. Can't have their cream filling spilling out, infecting other creatures with their freako DNA. Last thing we need is more genetic rejects. I mean, we already got Mikey" Raph said.
