At the main post office, in 2005 that had a banner that reads "Post Office 100th Anniversary".

A customer wearing a trench coat and fedora approaches one of the customer service windows. Another customer sidesteps to allow him to pass. "Nice hat, "A customer said. The fedora-wearing customer, whose hands are three-fingered and green, slides an envelope across to the Postmaster.

"I'd like to send a letter please, but there are very specific instructions about where and especially when," he said. "Of course, sir, "The Postmaster said. He takes the envelope. "You know what they say, "not rain nor sleet nor dark of night". We'll take care of your delivery," he said.

He looks at the envelope. "Huh?" he said. The envelope reads "Extremely Urgent!! Open Immediately!! Michelangelo Splinterson 131 97th St. Penthouse To Be Delivered Exactly The Morning Of July 10th, 2105". "To be delivered in 2105? Come on, is this some joke? Huh?" he said.

The customer has vanished. "Well, suppose it's our responsibility now. Hey, guys, check this out"The Postalmaster said. He holds the envelope up. There was a quick time change. The front of the building now reads "Post Office 150th Anniversary then it changes again.

The sign on the building reads "Post Office 200th Anniversary". Inside, a postal worker blows dust off of the envelope and picks it up. "Hey everyone, it's finally D-day. Who wants to make a delivery?" A Triceraton Postal Worker said. A large group of postal workers cheers and raise their hands.

Serling opens the door to the Triceraton postal worker. "Special delivery, heh, very special, "The Triceraton Postal Worker said. Behind him are more than a dozen postal workers. "It would appear so. Slow day at the office?"Serling said.

"Triceraton Postal WorkerThis envelope has been sitting in the back for over a hundred years. Generations of postmasters have watched over it to make sure it was delivered on this exact day"The Triceraton Postal Worker said. He hands the envelope to Serling.

"It's become sort of a legend and well, we'd love to know what's inside and maybe even meet Mr. Splinterson," he said. Serling closes the door in their faces and the dejected postal workers sigh. "Maybe we should wait for a little?"Someone said.

Serling enters the living room, where the turtles are in-game harnesses playing a video game. "I could use some backup here!"Leonardo said. "You got it, bro' "Raphael said. "Ahem. Miscreants, you have a parcel. It's labeled urgent" Serling said. "Puh-lease," Mikey said.

He blasts a creature. "That's what they put on all junk mail," he said. "Why do I bother powering up in the morning?"Serling said. He tosses the envelope onto the desk. "Who was that?" Alison said as she enter the room, cleaning her hand.

"It was the postal worker. They all came and wanted to know what is the package" he said and Alison glared at him. "And did you slam the door in their face?" she said then he sigh. "Alright...I will bring them in for cookies and snacks" he said as he walk back.

Inside Cody's lab, he and Donnie are working on the time window.

"Don, can you hand me that coupler?"Cody said. "Sure," Donnie said. He hands it over. "So, what do you think, genius?" he said. "We're getting the time window close to its original specs, but I don't know, "Cody said.

"Can I help? Come on, I wanna do some cool science stuff. Give me a fire-making thingy. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on..."Mikey said. He keeps bouncing around Cody and Donnie, trying to grab the welding tool out of Donnie's hand.

Donnie holds him back with a hand against his chest. "He's gonna keep this up until we let him help, isn't he?"Cody said. "I can help, I can take direction. Come on, I can be handy"Mikey said. "Yes. He has powers of annoyingness you can't even imagine" Donnie said.
