Charlotte-

Draco and I had officially been dating for almost two weeks now. Parvati and Lavender had almost passed out from all the squealing they did. I was pretty sure the air had stopped going to their brains for a second. We had been hiding in corners of the school no one usually went in, hiding in abounded classrooms, or even Draco's room, stealing kisses, and spending time together.

"Charlotte Potter?" Someone asked. I looked up from my seat in the library table. Draco and I were sitting in the back of the library, in a corner of the divination section of the library where no one ever went too.

"Yes?" How did he even find me?

"Professor McGonagall wants to speak with you. She's in her office; she told me to go get you." The first year said, before scurrying away.

"Did you do anything?" Draco asked, as I grabbed my bag.

"I don't think so?" I said, trying to remember. I shoved my book in the book bag, not really caring what order they were in.  "I'll come back soon," I picked up my bag, and quickly kissed Draco goodbye before walking down to McGonagall's office. Professor McGonagall was waiting for me, along with Dumbledore, Hermione, Cho, and Gabriella. And suddenly it clicked. I had completely forgotten that the second trial was tomorrow.

"Perfect. Now that you're all here, we can get started." Professor McGonagall said, she shut the door behind me with a flick of her wrist. I stood next to Hermione who smiled at me tentatively.

"As you all know, the second task is tomorrow. Our four Champions have won one dragon egg each at the first trial. It has revealed to them that something has been stolen from them. That something will be you. You will be put under the black lake. You will be placed under a spell that will allow you to sleep and still breathe underwater." Hermione gapped at McGonagall, Gabriella who was only a little girl tucked herself closer into Cho's side. And even I who knew we were going to be under the water, was more than a little nervous.

"You want us to stay underwater asleep?" Hermione asked.

"Yes," Dumbledore answered.

"Won't we die?" Cho asked, her voice shaking nervously, she cleared her throat trying to hide it but we all could tell.

"No, you won't. I assure you that no harm shall come to you."

"What if they don't get to us in time? What will happen?" Gabriella asked, she clutched on Cho's robe.

"Nothing. We will come to get you. No one will hurt you." Dumbledore explained, McGonagall opened the door.

"We leave now?" Hermione said, she threw me a nervous glance, but I only shrugged. What was I supposed to do? Dumbledore nodded once, and that was all it took for us to be led out of the office, and to the black lake.

Draco-

My girlfriend never came back from McGonagall's office. She never came back to the library table; she wasn't in her usually spot by the tree. She wasn't at dinner when I walked through the door, or when dinner officially started.

Where did she go?

I thought as I picked at the chicken on my plate. I stood up when I saw Patel and Brown had finished their dinner. They might know where she was.

"Draco where are you going?" Parkinson asked, who had forced herself between me and Zabini. She's been like this ever since we went to the Yule ball, clinging to my side, and pissing me the hell off.
