Charlotte-
"Harry!" Mum jumped up from the chair she was sitting on the second we opened the door to Dumbledore's office. "Harry, did you put your name in the goblet of fire?" Mum cupped his face, moving it left and right as she stared at him. She had a mixture of anger, worry, and frustration on her face, while Dad looked more in shock.
"No, I didn't." Harry said honestly. Dumbledore who excused himself, and walked out of the room, letting us have some privacy, but none of us even spared him a glance.
"Harry, are you sure you're telling the truth? You don't have to lie to us. We won't be mad if you did." Dad stood up, standing behind Mum's shoulder, but Harry shook his head again.
"I'm telling the truth. I didn't even want to enter," Harry said. Mum and Dad shagged in relief, but it only took them one second to tense back up again when they realized that someone had entered Harry into the tournament.
"Who put your name in? I'll kill them right now!" His voice rose making the hairs in the back of my head rise. Mum let go of Harry's face, shaking her head in shock.
"I don't know,"
"That doesn't matter right now. Let's just worry about Harry making it through the trials," I said, putting a hand on Harry's arm.
"Charlotte's right. Do you know what the first one is?" Mum asked.
"Not yet,"
"You'll be okay, Harry, you'll be fine. Nothing bad can happen to you while we're alive," Dad said, he grabbed Harry's arm and lead him to the chair he had just vacated, like he needed Harry to sit down in front of him, to make sure he was safe and out of harm's way even just for a second.
"What about you, Charlotte? Are you okay? No one bothering you? No boys? Nothing?" Dad asked, turning his head to me. Draco's face popped into my head for less than a second before I pushed it away and shook my head.
"Oh, please, all she does is spend her time with- " I glared at Harry, cutting him off before he could finish.
"Lavender and Parvati. I spend my time with them."
"And Malfoy, who I have told her to stay away from several times," Harry commented, and I was picturing all the ways I could kill him. It was true though, he had told me several times every morning, lunch, and dinner not to hang out with Malfoy, but do I listen? No. James let out a gasp and clutched at his heart.
"No!"
"Oh my god, calm down." Mum giggled, as I whacked Harry over the head so hard his glasses fell on his lap. He rubbed the back of his head, glaring at me over his shoulder.
"He's a Malfoy! His whole family hates us."
"Malfoy certainly doesn't hate her." Harry joked; oh I was so going to kill him later.
"You are not helping!"
"You are 14. You are too young for boys." Dad shouted, I shook my head, pinching the bridge of my nose.
"I am not dating anyone-I thought we were talking about Harry getting into the tournament," I shouted, pointing at Harry. "Mum, say something!"
"We have more important things to worry about James, Charlotte's love life can be talked about after the first trial," Mum said, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Or never," I suggested.
"Yes, yes, you're right Lily, we will table this conversation for right now," Dad breathed, shaking the thoughts of me dating out of his head.
