CHAPTER 14

Aurora Pov

I was asleep and my body was resting in so much peace that I didn't think it was possible to ruin this moment and out of no where my phone startles me making me groan in frustration. Answering the phone I'm called by my men and told we have a emergency and me being me didn't bother to go back into that office so I took my gun and packed extra shit. I also changed my clothes and wrote a quick note to anyone that found it first and left it on my bed. I managed to leave without a trace and I won't lie I'm proud I still got it.

2 hours later
Anna Pov

Walking into her room I look for clues anything that could help right now cause all I keep hearing in my head is 'she's gone' which is distracting and frustrating cause I told her she wouldn't be alone. Why would she leave.. She knows the risk of her being out there.

My fear was more now cause I knew a secret no one else knew and I kept looking all over her room for clues of where she went. I started to check on her messy bed and I found a paper. A Note.. Thank whoever I should thank right now.

Cause I know you'd look thoroughly in my room gosh I don't even know what that word means but it seems awesome to use right about now I swear I'm experimenting with these new words hahah anyways I'm going off topic. I didn't run away I swear I just went to fix a little situation in one of my warehouses also don't worry yourself so much imma be back soon and if you seeing this now I'm probably coming home right about now and also please ask the chefs to prepare my chocolate pancakes. I know for a fact I'll be tired and hungry also tell mama to calm her tits I know she's panicking which I feel bad for now that I think about it.

The idiot was alright atleast I'd hoped I mean did she take back up. I swear ever since finding out about her pregnancy I've been more protective of her than I have ever been. Walking out her room with a smile on my face I walk into the office to inform everyone of the note and I enter a mini war zone
"If my daughter isn't okay or there's a scratch on her I swear you'll have a reason to hate the American women you bastard" Ariana says with so much anger towards my dad. "Giovanni you'd better hope no harm comes to my Goddaughter or lord help you cause I'll forget you're my son and I'll murder you myself. To fix all this I want you all to apologize to Aurora having attack her when she was having a conversation with her father. You all seem to forget she's going to lead the American Mafia and we all don't want bad blood just because you idiots are discriminating her. We don't do that anymore we stopped talking down to women especially women like Aurora. I hope I'm clear" my mother says looking murderous.

"I-I am.. So-rry" is all you hear from my father and brother. I stood by the door waiting for the right time to tell everyone about the note. A dirty smirk made it on my mouth when the two mothers turned their faces to Sébastien and Brandon. "Baby calm" he tries to say "I dare you to finish that sentence, our daughter was in here being humiliated and what did you do as her father huh" she asks in a vile tone looking disappointed in her husband who now looks ashamed to be in her presence.
