CHAPTER 26

Anna Pov

Shock.

Have you ever felt like your whole body is on fire and you just can't breathe. Well that how I felt when I heard her voice. I thought i was hallucinating I started to hyperventilate my breathing got thick, my mind felt fogged and I suddenly forgot how to breathe. Looking at her eyes, those eyes I prayed to see again I started crying.

Everyone was in shock, Ariana cried hysterically and Andrew wasn't here as he was working to make shit less for her. I grabbed my chest trying to grasp onto any air as I felt light headed I passed out.

Aurora Pov

I felt weak but strong enough to sit up. I looked at my bump and rubbed it with a smile. Looking up I notice everyone stare at me, my mother was crying and Anna literally had a whole panic attack my mind wasn't updating what it needed so I kept quiet.

The doctor came in to check on my vitals and all that stupid shit, I just sat there quietly trying to understand what was going on. Andrew ran inside and started silently cussing in another language, he came running giving me a hug that melted a bit of my uncomfortable confusion. I wanted to talk to respond but I was still unable to. My mind hasn't been active to everything just to the few events happening in front of me.

Anna woke up after they gave her a glass of water. She'd lost her breathing and they put her under some oxygen. I looked at the moving bump and smiled. My beautiful mother was just crying and it worried me.

"You're Awake" she says smiling while sobbing onto my chest. I was confused cause I was asleep for one night. "Yes" was all I managed to say with my hoarse voice my throat feeling scratchy I point to my throat and gesture for a glass of water.

"Of course you're thirsty" Andrew says laughing to himself. Handing me the glass filled with water "thank you" I managed to say while accepting the glass of water that looked amazingly cold.

Drinking the water felt like a thousand needles were being poked into my throat and I hated the discomfort I felt while drinking. My left shoulder hurt but not so much it was just uncomfortable and moving around the bed made me feel so horrible, that's when it clicked that I was shot.

"We missed you" Anna says now holding the mask above her nose. "Missed me, I was asleep for one night and all of you are acting like I died or something." I say sarcastically.

"Rora you weren't asleep for one night, it was four months. " Andrew says looking at me concerned.

"and you nearly died actually fuck it you did die but you came back."Anderson says looking away from me." I watched your heart fail not once or twice but five times, I watched you stop breathing. I saw it all."he says now looking outside my window.

"You're joking right?" I ask trying to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. "Nope, also you're in charge now. Well officially" Andrew says giving me a small smile making me wonder why he looked so nervous.

"Spit it out Drew" I say getting agitated. "Well you remember the shoot out at your wedding." he says looking at me like I was slow.

Nodding I gesture with my hand I telling him to go on. "Your father was killed" I felt deaf "Hahahah" I start laughing and everyone stared at me. Probably waiting for my reaction to the news. "mmmh" I say quietly.

The tension in that room was so thick even a knife couldn't cut through it maybe my sword could but anything else was useless.

"Andrew Micheals what are you telling me" I say sternly now realising I was the only one in disbelief. "Rora he was shot twice just like you but the only difference between you two was that he was shot in the heart. Yours was above the heart." he says looking at me with pity.

"Wipe that look off your fucken face." I say moving out the bed. Feeling dizzy I stumble a bit making everyone try catch me like I was fragile. "Stop it, stop treating me like I'm fragile I just haven't used my feet in months." I say dissatisfied with how they handled things or should I how they were handling me.

Managing to control my balance I start walking to the bathroom needing the toilet I'm met with a fancy toilet that has a bath with all my favorite rose scent products that made me smile. I mentally noted that I'd thank Anna cause only she'd put this much effort.

Walking out I sense a intense feeling making me wet instantly. Walking past everyone I get into bed again trying not to faint. "How far along am I with my baby?" I ask making everyone shift their eyes to him.

"Hello My Dearst sleeping beauty." He says walking towards my way. "hi" I say simply not acknowledging him the way he wants me to. "So she wakes up with no manners" he says sarcastically and what do I do I just shrug.

"Anna how far along am I" I question her, ignoring the fact that he had his hand on my baby bump confusing the shit out of me. "Well well well talk about not telling your own husband you're pregnant?" he says looking proud as if he achieved something great.

"and why would I tell you" I question him which catches him off guard making his jaw tick with irritation. "Well darling wife those are my children" he says rubbing my belly making me glare at him. "Excuse yourself right now." I say angrily moving his hand "Look I think we'll all step out." Anna says walking my mother out.

"Anna tell your crazy brother to fuck off and that he isn't the father and I also have one baby." I say irritated. My machine starts to beep like crazy and me being unaffected by the noise or warnings I carry on my rant now holding onto my chest feeling a tight pain.

Groaning I try ignore it making me dizzy. "Aurora" is all i hear last.
